Unfortunately, we learned after arriving that Toddler Time would not begin until August 17. We planned to stay for the full 90-minute session but left after approximately 45 minutes because of the lack of cleanliness, organization, and supervision. The toddler area was especially filthy. I honestly felt like bringing in a container of antibacterial wipes and cleaning everything myself. There was visible grime, duct tape covering multiple areas, ripped and damaged padding, lifting floor sections, and peeling walls. We also noticed dark staining and deterioration on the walls that appeared consistent with water damage and possible mold. I cannot confirm what it was, but it was concerning to see inside an area designed for very young children. The safety gate for the five-and-under section was loose, unstable, and did not feel like a reliable safety barrier. Some of the equipment also looked worn or poorly repaired. Several attractions, including the climbing walls, were not being used, so we could not fully evaluate everything the facility offers. The staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not very attentive or hands-on. We saw at least three employees, and all of them remained at the front desk, frequently on their phones. We did not see anyone supervising the individual play areas, enforcing the posted age restrictions, or actively cleaning. Since the facility was mostly filled with children around six and younger that morning, having staff visible throughout the play areas would have made the environment feel much safer and more organized. This place has the potential to be a four- or five-star indoor play center, but it needs significantly better maintenance, cleaning, staff involvement, and management oversight. With young children touching everything and playing on this equipment, cleanliness and safety should be the highest priorities. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend a membership or a return visit unless some major improvements are made.

She kept everything on track and kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up. She was so good with the kids and really made the party go so smoothly. We paid extra for the photos they took during play since there were a handful of cute ones. She was on her phone a lot and at one point my son was distressed and scared of an activity (the one where you jump from island to island) and he was crying to come down. The attendant was literally sitting near him on her phone not helping him. Thankfully I heard him and went to help him off the activity. At the end of the party, my husband gave Delaney a cash tip because she was so good to us. As stated before, we've never been to a place like this and didn't know any better. When I went to pay the bill, the manager gave me a bill for $800 and I knew it was the wrong one. It was for 25+6 kids and our event was 10 kids (but we only had 5). She questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her my kids name and she gave me the correct bill and she pointed out where to put gratuity. I told her my husband paid cash to Delaney and the manager asked if it was for the "team" or just Delaney. I said I thought it was just for Delaney since she was our primary person and I didn't know my husband's intent. I admitted we had never been to a place like this and didn't know the procedure. She asked if I wanted to go ask my husband how much he gave and I just stared at her. She again asked me if I was going to tip the team (she was listed as part of the team but this was my first interaction with her) and I said we already tipped Delaney. She gave me my receipt to sign and lectured me about how the tip should go to the team. I said I'll know for next time and left. My husband was outside with the kids and I told him what happened just for the manager to come outside to put something in a car. He told her tip was for Delaney since she was the most helpful to us and again the manager explained we're supposed to tip everyone. We just left Everything was wonderful except for this manager. Almost a perfect day. My son had so much fun though so that's all that matters.

While I understand that conflicts can happen in a busy family entertainment center, what has been disappointing is how these situations are handled. In my experience, the managers and staff do not appear to be adequately trained to respond to or de-escalate these incidents. Additionally, many of the play areas are often unattended, with little or no staff present to monitor children's behavior or help prevent problems before they escalate. I believe the facility would benefit from having more employees actively supervising the attractions and providing better training for staff on how to handle conflicts professionally. My kids enjoy the attractions, but the lack of supervision and inconsistent response to incidents makes it difficult for our family to feel comfortable returning.
