If you're looking for more than just a Christmas tree, Blake's Christmas Tree Stop delivers a genuinely memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn't your typical tree lot. The team truly cares -- not just about selling you a tree, but about making sure you leave happy. There's a level of attentiveness and kindness here that feels rare, especially during the busy holiday season. They took their time helping me find the right tree, and I never felt rushed or like just another transaction. It felt personal, thoughtful, and honestly... festive in the best way. What really stood out, though, was what happened after. For a small fee, they offered tree pickup at the end of the season -- and when the team came, they went above and beyond. The guys were so polite and hardworking, handling everything seamlessly and even taking the time to sweep up afterward. It made the whole process completely effortless on my end. It's little details like that -- the follow-through, the care, the pride in service -- that turn a simple errand into a five-star experience. I'll absolutely be back year after year. read more

Blake's Christmas Trees is your LOCAL GO TO PLACE for your tree. Some as tall as a one story building. Say hi to his cute pooch while you're there or take photos with the elf's or Santa walking around. Blake's to me represents the spirit of San Clemente, Capo and Dana Point. read more

Last year was much better. Tree selection has already been picked through, it was a little surprising to see the lot so empty already the first week of December, had some gorgeous huge trees though. But the worst part is the horrid woman working the counter. Last year was such a sweet older white lady. This year was an older hispanic lady that was so rude and sarcastic to most of the customers while I waited and just overheard her attitude. Then the way she spoke to the poor younger guys working around the lot was just disgusting. So much sarcasm and ordering them around without any respect. We tried to tip the kid helping us and she flipped out saying they don't allow it. Who is she to decide that? We tipped anyway. So sad, ruining the happy energy of buying a Christmas tree for the holidays. Hopefully next year is better, if not I'm done with this spot. Negativity is the last thing I want for the holidays while spending over $300 on a tree. read more

Micah helped us pick the most stunning tree for Christmas this year!!! Definitely recommend stopping by & asking for Micah

Superb service, excellent tree selection, and prime location. Love that it's a family business. We were helped by multiple people, but were especially assisted by Blake's nephew, Kayson, and another guy named Brody, who I assume was his twin brother. Brett, who just oozed with the Xmas spirit, explained the newfangled highfalutin tree stands. The friendly woman at the counter, Abi, also expertly helped us to navigate payment and made us feel like we made the right choice in trees. Initially, I was worried that their lot is next to a Taco Bell and that I would only be smelling and thinking about scrumptious chalupas during the shopping experience. But the big tent helped to maximize the Christmas scent while still ensuring adequate ventilation. The process was so easy, quick, and efficient that we ended up having enough time to celebrate with some chalupas next door. Thanks, Blake Shelton and family! We love your music, too! read more

This place is fantastic. We recently moved to Dana Point and came here for our Christmas tree, and were pleased at the collection of trees and how friendly the staff were. We told a guy in a cowboy hat we wanted a 4-5' tree, and he showed us several nice ones -- and then trimmed the bottom and packed it in our car in short order. Cashier was very nice too. Highly recommend! read more

Best Xmas tree buying experience I've ever had. Every staff member who we talked to went above and beyond to help us. Matt helped us first and what a nice guy. A retired police officer with 6 kids! He patiently helped us as we took way too much time choosing a family tree than took family photos for us and emailed them to us so we didn't have to touch eachothers phone in the Covid era. Super nice guy. Helped us load our car/sleigh. Two other gentlemen on the lot were scrambling to help me steal some Xmas tree trimmings. Everyone was super nice. Will be back next year :) read more

I searched for my tree on a rainy day in Dana Point. The people here were so joyful and knew a great deal about the types of trees. The tent smelled like perfume of balsam and a coniferous forest. Blake and his marvelous band of misfit toys comes through, again. We were in the midst of preparing for a Christmas Party at Mariners and I was blessed with providing a tree. I was in a real pinch trying figure out how to get a tree to the church in time, while I was working at my day job. I contacted Blake and he hand-picked a lovely tree, dispatched his elf, Jason, the following morning, and saved the day. The tree was a hit and everyone marveled at is beauty.
