When products are mislabeled or misidentified price wise they just tell you to deal with the new cost even though their products with photo evidence show that they're incorrect on how their pricing things they just don't care they said that it just is what it is. They say aces the helpful place and in the last six visits I've been here not on. Are they not helpful but they are grossly overpriced and fail to ride an experience worth that cost. I would much rather drive an extra mile or two to the Mesa Ace Hardware's and get customer service that actually matters and products and service that actually matter. You let inexperienced people run the store when there's no leadership around and you get bad reviews because they don't know how to make decisions to support customer service.

Samples never fail haha. I love the wide variety of furniture, home decor and gifts throughout the store. My favorite section though is their amazing food and snack section from all over the world. There is especially an insane amount of Asian food, snacks, and condiments. Chances are pretty good I will find something I've never seen before like the Korean Ramen Crate that has 8 different types of Korean instant noodles with 2 pairs of chopsticks. How cool! The story is really big, it used to be a Walgreens, and they just converted it to a Dollar Tree. The location is perfect, it's right on the corner of Riggs Road and McQueen. The aisles were nice and clear, and the two ladies that I spoke to while I was in the store were very kind and very friendly. I've been to about six DTs in a 10 mile radius and this is by far the one that I will be going back to.

We made a call to Pioneer and they wanted to refund $106 dollars for the inconvenience but my husband spoke with a supervisor and the best they would offer was $150. Getting the rock into the backyard took several days longer because we had to rinse each scoop to get rid of the mud. We would not recommend this company. You do not get what you paid for .
