I brought my Honda CRV in…read morefor a simple oil change, and they somehow managed to run the car battery down to zero (turned on the electrical system and forgot to turn it off?), then failed to reset the onboard computer so my radio and everything else stopped working, and then during the tire rotation they didn't check the label inside the driver side door, and inflated the tires to the wrong pressure, triggering a low tire pressure indicator. I had to go back three times to get these issues fixed. And then, to add insult to injury, they did not have any windshield wiper fluid on the premises, and they did not reduce the bill to account for all of these problems. Do NOT recommend.

These people can be charged criminally for what they did and i intend to pursue at minimum Civil Action against these scammers who took advantage of a poor woman. It wasn't just overcharging for parts or unecessary and not-done work. It was obscene! Example: head bolts: over 300 dollars more than what a dealer would charge for the same item! AARP Fasteners for drag racing would be hundreds less. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. That is beyond price gouging, that is criminal fraud. I was respectful and clear about what I was trying to accomplish. I was told certain components were fine and did not need replacement, despite being advised otherwise by an Audi dealership. When I calmly explained that I wanted to ensure accuracy since this is a Ford dealership and not an Audi specialist, one of the service technicians responded in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner. He told me, "You have no idea what you're talking about. Keep running that effing mouth of yours and I will refuse you service." He then continued to repeat this while backing away, attempting to intimidate me. I was honestly shocked by the behavior and how quickly the situation escalated despite me remaining respectful the entire time. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available. When I asked for the technician's name, staff were hesitant and vague, and I was told this kind of behavior "happens all the time," which is even more concerning. The technician that caused this altercation is named David. This was a very disappointing experience. No customer should be spoken to or treated this way under any circumstances.

I stayed calm and politely continued trying to make an appointment. Ultimately they flat out refused to work on my Subaru GL. They said they never learned how to work on those cars and it would have to be a Subaru Forrester or Subaru Legacy. Guess I will take my business elsewhere! Valley View has way better customer service and they will happily accommodate you in whatever you may be driving.
