We had a problem with our Lincoln Navigator and we didn't know and neither did TC Chevy. When we bought the Navigator Car Fax didn't show the problem. But the Extended Warranty place saw it on their Car Fax and denied our claim to fix our Car.So TC Chevy talked to them and they came to an agreement they paid for one half and the extended warranty company payed for the other half and we didn't have to pay nothing. Giving 1 star. Took car in for oil change & asked to look at side mirror to see if can be repaired. No one in the service department took the time to inspect mirror. Instead gave price & labor for a new mirror. Even asked if they inspected & they said no. Very disappointed. Even called Service Manager 2 times (08/08 & 08/09) & no call back, wanted to discuss situation. Given the fact drove over 1 hour. Saw a prior review whereby once they sell you a car-they want nothing to do with you. That's exactly my perspective. read more

buying a truck form this dealership has been the worst decision ive ever made. I had full engine failure on my 2020 duramax diesel at only 80k miles. it took 5 months to repair the engine when I was told it would take "a few weeks" and now at 102k miles my engine has broke down AGAIN due to improper installation when it was replaced. the dealership is now trying to deny responsibility and is refusing to take accountability for their incompetence. I will never buy a Chevy ever again this has been a total nightmare every step of the way. read more

James in the service department is amazing! I had my Acadia towed to TC Chevy yesterday when it began smoking out of the exhaust with large billowy clouds. They diagnosed that the fuel injector is leaking and two cylinders are broken. We had purchased an extended warranty from the dealership in Las Vegas where we had previously lived, but unbeknownst to me, the warranty had expired 842 miles ago. James provided me with the number for GMPP, who handled the warranty. I proceeded making the calls to everyone to try to figure out a way to honor this warranty, that had BARELY expired a month ago. With no luck, I began budgeting this $1,800 repair only to receive a call from James 2 hours later that he had convinced GMPP to honor this last repair!! His level of service is far beyond anything expected as he would have been receiving the funds regardless of their origin (GMPP or me). He is a dedicated professional who goes out of his way to make his customers happy! I have had several issues with my car in the past year, but James always make it hassle free and as convenient as possible when you have to have your car "in the shop". We were living in klamath falls, OR for a brief Time for work and my 2012 Chevy equinox needed service, a simple oil change, tire rotation and replacing an air filter. My boyfriend scheduled service and took the car and then called me because they reported my breaks were only about 20% and needed replaced immediately in order for us to take a cross country road trip- it was going to be ~$900. I was skeptical of the information and we decided to get a 2nd opinion. We took the car to a local place, Emmett's, in klamath, and the mechanic took a look and told us the breaks were 45-50% and would absolutely make it cross country. We made the trip a week later without a glitch! I believe the dealer was trying to push sales and make more money on us rather than being honest. I would NOT recommend. read more

I'm a disabled US Navy Veteran and The sales person I dealt with was Shawn or Sean, and to be very frank, I felt very disrespected. Sean/ Shawn assumed for some reason probably because I was an African American (that's literally the only thing he knew about me at the time of the assumption) that I was going to be financing but I came there with the intention of buying a Chevy volt out- right. So I decided to lie and say that I was going to be financing just to see how he would treat me knowing that my credit was not so good ( that's besides the point since I would have been paying 12,900 cash and was prepared to write a check that day. Shawn or Sean ran my credit and my score was in the 600s. Since I was already choosing between 3 Chevy Volts in the Medford area I decided that I was not going to buy from this d-bag /and instead use this opportunity to teach Sean/ Shawn and TC Chevy a lesson. Don't make an ass out of yourself assuming things about a customer especially if you didn't take the time to get to know them What kind of dealership makes you run credit before you even test drive a car? What kind of sales man does not ask a single thing about their customer? A shitty salesman and shitty dealership. I work sales and I would never disrespect a customer as I was disrespected by Sean/ Shawn at T C Chevy today. Sean/ Shawn and Sales management at TC: if you are reading this I just want you to know that you missed out on a very easy cash sale I wanted to buy from you guys because I like buying my cars from official dealerships and you are the closest Chevy near me, but because you guys disrespected me, you missed out. Literally the worst service department. Took my chevy Cruze in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have one of my tires checked because the PSI was very low. I waited for over two hours to wake up the next morning with a flat tire after they had reassured me many times the day before that the screw in my tire did not puncture through the tread. I called the service department when I saw my tire was flat and they said someone was on their way to fix it. The service man showed up in a Camaro, wanting to take my car back to the dealership. Not exactly sure how he expected to do that since they didn't even look ready to put the spare on. Looks like they got a joy ride out of it though. Idiots. Save yourself money and time and don't go there. read more

Similar to my past experience, the service writer indicated I owed payment when previously I have explicitly explained service performed was covered under CPO contract. Once I reminded him of this, he duly noted it and made the adjustment quickly! A much better experience than past. read more

I had the best experience here Saturday before last. Scott runyan was my sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure i got a great deal and was satisfied with my purchase. Tim helped with the finances and i was also very impressed with his service. I brought it back to get the tires changed out with the tires from my previous vehicle and the service department was professional, friendly and efficient. They arranged for me to get a ride to and from work but i had an emergency cone up that day so Scott and the service department even worked out a way to get me a loaner car for the day with no notice. They made me feel like my business really mattered and i feel very confident in my purchase. read more

Me recommendation: only shop here IF they have the exact car you're looking for and you are willing to spend a few hours playing games (only to eventually purchase a vehicle at your original offer). Otherwise...drive on by. They are the only dealer in all of the 4 lots in the strip who doesn't advertise their pricing right in the car window. I told the salesman what I was looking for, and the exact amount I was willing to spend. He showed me a Prius, left to check on the price, and returned only to tell me it was in my price range. That was all he was willing to tell me. After taking it for a test drive, he took my husband and I into a "negotiating room" from which he left and returned with prices consistently out of my price range. I've been on several car shopping trips with family members over the years, so I knew exactly what was happening--but I really wanted the car. After three hours, I finally got them down below Kelly Blue Book. If that hadn't been the case, I would have walked shortly after the salesman insisted he follow me home and then to the bank just so he could get my payment without losing a sale. I had to tell him no several times. In the end, I left with a great car for a great deal. However, after a rough experience and two years of check-in phone calls with sales pitches for my husband, birthday calls, holiday calls, and several letters in the mail...I will not be shopping with them again. read more

Purchased a 2014 Corvette Stingray. The experience was great and we received a lot of special attention from all involved. First our original email request for information about purchasing the car was nearly instantaneous. Then the long order time, due to release of the new model, from May to November, was tolerable thanks to Ralph keeping us in the loop along the way. Finally the call last Saturday and texts with videos and photos of the car coming off the truck from Ralph to the service dept and Bob's prep for delivery to Stephanie and Derek's actual delivery completed the whole purchase perfectly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We saw TC Chevy had the vehicle we wanted but at a much higher price than we were willing to pay. Since we were driving over 3 hours, we called beforehand to see if they would lower their price into our price range (still very competitive for the vehicle's value) which they agreed to. After driving from out of state, hours spent at the dealership hearing apologies why everything was taking so long, then, we finally were told that no, actually, the price was firm and they wouldn't budge. Great easy service! I would recommend them! We rolled our 2005 durmax and were looking for a used. Unfortunately they are few and far between. The ones we did find, that didn't have a lot of miles on them were close enough to a new one. We paid a lot more than we were wanting but in the end felt really good about our purchase. Just be prepared for all the extra things at the end that add to that huge purchase such as extended warranty etc. It at the end added to the total 10 grand. Could we have gotten a better deal somewhere else? Maybe but these guys were great and so far so is the service. read more
