I had another shop tighten them and when they removed my wheel, the rim holes were now oblong, and they had to replace the rim, the lug nuts and bolts. When I called Dean Jordan to report this, the manager was rude and would not take responsibility. I intend to visit the business next week with a copy of my bill from the other repair shop. I'm open to recommendations for where to get tires in the future - I'm thinking Roxbury Tires or the Tire Clinic. Steer clear of this Goodyear retailer on Eisenhower Blvd.

Above all I was most impressed by the staff that we encountered. There was a gentleman there through it all whose name I can't remember but he deserves a compliment. Also the woman from financing. Finally our salesman, Jason "the car ninja". All three of these people were above all expectations. We arrived fairly close to closing to check out a used vehicle. We had two young, antsy boys with us. They stayed HOURS past closing to help us secure the vehicle and were remarkably patient with us and our boys. Absolutely amazing. I will send everyone I know to see Jason for their next vehicle!

The day I test…read moredrove the vehicle it was dirty and covered up severe bubbling of pain on all door panels, hood, and hinges. Ater signing all the paperwork they had washed the vehicle and when leaving after the purchase I went to the passenger side of the vehicle and that's when I noticed the bubbling in the paint. I asked the salesman what this and his comment was that it was typical on the Rubicon. Now I feel they knew the rust was there but did a good job of hiding it from me. I just went and got an estimate for the repairs and the cost is $7000.00. I paid $30,000 for a rust bucket. I should have inspected mor thoroughly, but I feel they should have made me aware of this issue from the start.
