Pleasant waiting room, courteous staff who seem to understand you don't want to spend all day getting your legal vehicle needs taken care of. Everything isn't dirty, dingy, and old like d&b. It's quiet, asides from the copiers doing their thing. A guy from behind the desk asked if I needed help and I told him what I needed and he was on his way to complete the task. Second, I had to come back because they set up my appointment during their lunch and wouldn't talk to me. Third, I was charged for work that I never agreed to be done on my car. Fourth, the guy completely flipped out on me and wouldn't even let me talk as to why what he did to my car would not fix it. But let's all be honest I am a woman and I don't know anything about cars. Except for the fact that I (yes a woman) completely rebuilt that car. Take a minute to listen to your customers instead of jumping down their throat and stop being sexist.
