Throughout the process they never initiated any kind of updates via phone. I had to personally go in and make sure they were taking photos of the inside of the car As asked by insurance (slow in everything they did). Final straw was they sent away my totaled car without any kind of heads up and before the release date that my insurance gave me. When asked to make things right they took no responsibility, cast blame onto everyone but themselves and essentially told me good luck. No customer service from Thomas Auto Body…read more In July of 2017 we purchased an Envision from Thomas Buick. In July 2018 with roughly 6,000 miles we discovered the lower portions under the rear doors and the front sections of the rear wheels needed painted. I decided to go to Thomas Auto Body since we purchased the Buick from Thomas. When I went to the body shop to get an estimate I also informed them that I had mudflaps ordered. They looked over the car and said they could paint these areas for close to $1000.00 and put on the mudflaps. When I returned to pick up the car I noticed they only painted the from portions of the rear wheels. I went inside and stated that they forgot the lower portions under the back doors. It took another week and I went and picked up the car and left thinking the my problem was solved. In the spring time while I was thoroughly cleaning out and washing the car I noticed there were chips in the paint. Chips were in the painted areas that I just had painted last July. Now the car only had roughly 11,500 miles and chipped paint. I went to Thomas Auto Body to complain and get this corrected. The manager "Jonas" looked at the car and said he would contact the manufacturer and see what could be done. He also stated that maybe we could split the new costs and get it repainted. Well a month came and went and no call. When I went for my inspection in July I went to the auto body office to speak with Jonas and he had just left, so they wrote down my name and number and taped it to his computer. Another week passes and no call from Jonas. No update from Jonas about getting my car fixed. Being frustrated and completely ignored I decided to call Jonas again. Jonas stated the manufacturer would be there that day and he would talk to them and call me with an update. You guessed it, another week passes and no phone call from Jonas. Thomas Auto Body is good at convincing customers to trust them with your vehicle. Last July Thomas Auto Body really enjoyed cashing my check for the paint job that I had done. The problem is Thomas Auto Body just doesn't like standing behind their work. The sad thing is we decided to buy our Buick locally, support locally and have it serviced locally and this is the type of customer service that we have received. Very, Very, disappointed with Thomas Auto Body & Collision
