The day of the appointment just a couple hours before the appointment I was called and told I had to reschedule for the next day. So the next day I show up to get my tires put on. And the guy tells me the tires aren't the right speed rating he can't put them on my truck. So I waisted over a week waiting to get these tires put on only to find out they ordered me the wrong tires to begin with. I had another shop tighten them and when they removed my wheel, the rim holes were now oblong, and they had to replace the rim, the lug nuts and bolts. When I called Dean Jordan to report this, the manager was rude and would not take responsibility. I intend to visit the business next week with a copy of my bill from the other repair shop. I'm open to recommendations for where to get tires in the future - I'm thinking Roxbury Tires or the Tire Clinic. Steer clear of this Goodyear retailer on Eisenhower Blvd.
