I came in one day for my usual oil change, the appointment went along with no issues. This is the only reason they get 1 star, I've never had any problem with the staff there, they have always treated me well. Not long after my oil change, my motor dies. Turns out, all the oil had leaked out due to a loose oil filter and left my car running on fumes. I had no idea it was happening until the engine light turned on and it was already too late. Ended up costing more than the car was worth to repair and Jiffy Lube refused to help cover costs. They fed me lies and false claims and did a half-assed "inspection" of the dead vehicle, claimed it looked like it had been tampered with. Which I found interesting considering they were the last people to even be under the hood of my car. Long story short, they denied any help or any blame, and now I'm stuck having to find a new vehicle because of their poor service. I used to recommend this place to anyone, but now I will never be going back again and telling anybody else NOT to utilize their services.

About 30 minutes after I made the appointment, I received an email confirming my appointment had been received and accepted by the location. I arrived at this location at about 2:15 PM and when I walked inside to check in, I told by the gentleman working who I was and what I was there for and he immediately said, I'm sorry we do not do inspections. He proceeded to explain to me that he knew my appointment was confirmed , but told me another guy that was working forgot to call me and tell me that this location does not do inspections because they lost their license from the state because their old manager didn't file some type of paperwork they would not have it back until next year. So I drove 30 miles round-trip for the purpose of getting my car inspected after the location confirmed my appointment and when I got there, they tell me they don't do the service anyhow. I understand things happen but next time just offer an apology and do not blame everybody else who isn't there for mistakes made, just accept responsibility and leave it at that. Because my car was not inspected, I have no idea about the value or the price of the product because I never received it .
