It's amazing that you can't find anybody these days to do there job. It's easier for these guys to make excuses why they can't or won't even try to do there job. Keep in mind I've done hundreds of alignments on factory trucks to lifted trucks etc. Always done on a lift smaller then the one they have. Only reason I can't do it my self this time around is because I'm out of state. Back home the guys at Firestone would be on it in mins and have me dialed in perfect. LAZY employees here. OK...fine...but the plug leaked so much you could actually hear it hissing. Had to "schedule" a time to take it back in. They said you'll just need two tires instead. Problem is, when they took the donut off and remounted the old plugged tire they rounded the lug nuts so bad that they had to be burned and cut off by another mechanic and the lugs themselves had to be completely rethreaded. The best part is, they even admitted to ruining them and THEY still expected ME to pay the price. Take a hike Big Al!

In addition, the dealership recently told me I needed new front rotors (my Jeep has less than 30K miles on it) and the guys at Al's told me the rotors will last until I need to replace the front brake pads. Their quote to replace the front rotors was more than $100 less than the dealership's as well. I had been paying $84 for a full synthetic oil change, but after seeing Al's charges $55 for the same service, I'll be saving my money and going here. They're efficient and clearly reliable as area municipal police and government officials use Al's for their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
