Literally within five minutes of telling my dad this he was on the phone and a tire ordered was placed. Two days later I was on my way here to have them installed. I was expecting for a long wait when I arrived here. I'm use to the old ways I was doing things. You know how it is, go to a tire place, sit and wait for what feels like forever and then get haggled over pricing. Not here. When I pulled into the lot I was expecting to have to park and then wait. Instead I pulled into the lot and was waved directly into the garage. Within seconds of my dad and I getting out of the vehicle it was up on the jacks and my old tires were coming off. I decided to do what I usually do in situations like these and started to wander around outside still expecting a wait. Whenever I walked back into the garage area my old tires were already swapped with the new ones. On top of that they were being balanced and placed back on the car. Before I knew it my car was back down on the ground with four brand new, long mileage tires. Paying was a breeze and I was out the door in less than a half hour's time. Definitely got my business for the future. Pricing is fair.

We took our truck down there for an alignment and they said multiple things needed fixed and we said we didn't want them fixed since we knew this wasn't true. They said well I have it to torn apart to not fix it. We told them we didn't want it fixed. So he put it back together and charged us $400 for nothing. Took it to a different garage and they literally said nothing was wrong. So they just wanted money in my opinion. Today we took my car to get stud tires on, after they put 4 tires we explained we only ordered for 2 to be put on and the lady at the front desk argued with us stating no we didn't and then went back in the book and realized she had made the mistake. I had some work done to my car here in Somerset last Saturday. They put the tires on. I came home. Started the car up this morning. Made it to Berlin. The front end started shaking really bad. Did not think I was going to make it back to Somerset. Made it back to the mechanic mechanic just called me and said they did not tighten up the lug nuts so I called the company and told them hey nobody's gotten hurt. There's no damage done to the vehicle but you guys got to make sure you tighten up the lug nuts before the vehicle leaves instead of saying oh my God, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. The guy turned around says we tighten our tires up so this is my first step and I'll get a hold of the general. Next all's they had to do is just have a little consideration and re -clarify me that they will double check on lug nuts before leave and shop. I would not go back to this place. There's other places in town. What a very bad experience
