The motorcycles in their showroom were all in great shape, and the staff were quite friendly. They were fast with the whole process of buying the bike, the longest part being the loan application and approval. They do an inspection upon intake of the bike, and they do the state inspection again when you purchase it and will walk you around the motorcycle to show you what you need to know and to answer any questions you may have. They make sure to send you off with a smile, giving you a Hillview T-Shirt and snapping a picture with your new purchase. After everything, Travis helped us load the bike, riding it onto the trailer and helped fasten it down properly. Will definitely do business here again.

The sales department is another thing. Bought 2 70 cc Kayo's there a few years ago and they had nothing but problems. I didn't expect much but they were even worse than that. (Its not like 4K is nothing). When I went to trade them back in even though I had them there twice for repairs and not that long prior then when they apparently thought they were fine they said they were unsellable as the cost to repair them wasn't even worth it. The salesman said that they've been 50/50 and that 50 percent of them run great with no issues and the other 50 percent of people have the same issues I have. If 1/2 of them are junk why do they sell them? And if your going to sell junk you should make up for it and accept a trade in and fix them at cost. I won't be buying any further vehicles from these people. Hondas are more reliable anyway which they don't sell there.
