My wife stopped in one day with a light bulb burned out. I don't know if they recognized her as a regular customer, but they stopped what they were doing and replaced the bulb, then my wife had to insist that they charge her for the work. If there is a better shop anywhere in the area, I haven't heard of it.

They did my repair in a timely manner. Explained the whole process with them and insurance company. When picked up they explained and told me everything the was either replaced or fixed! Unfortunately when I picked up my car a few miles down the road my serpentine belt shredded because the fan had hit it in the accident and knicked it! This was NOT their fault!! The estimator and shop manager brought my rental back to me and told me to get on my way! And told me they would send my car to me 3 1/2 hrs away to me. Meanwhile they had it my car checked out mechanically by Subaru to make sure it was in tip top shape!!! Which they found the seal behind my harmonic balancer was shredded from the belt.
