They finished it up early and even sent someone to pick me up so I could come get the van. The repair looked great but as I was looking it over I found a hairline crack in the bumper that was not there before the accident. I stopped back over and the manager took a look and said it needed handled as well. I'm not sure why it was missed but people make mistakes and I appreciated very much that they handled it the next week and had the entire bumper fixed within two days. I'm a firm believer in being professional and asking for a mistake to be reviewed and they were courteous and professional in return. Very thankful they made it right and the repair overall is fantastic!

Got hung up on by the service desk clerk. I the customer had to reach out multiple time to the warrenty company only to find out that Delaney had not had any communication with them even after I told them they needed to call the warrenty company after speaking to them 2 weeks after the first inspection and diagnosis of the problem. Only time they did something was when I was physically at the dealership. And here it is a month later and I'm not any farther in the process. They set another inspection appointment only to cancel the day before. Anybody there that needs to talk to customers excluding the sales people need to be fired and that goes for the manager down to the incompetent service guy Jacob. And the true kicker I bought the vehicle there. This place is a complete joke and should be closed down.
