I immediately took it to my mechanic who informed me that both back calibers were shattered leaking all of my break fluid out, the front had new break pads placed on rotors that looked as though they were sitting in the river for a year. The battery issue is the hybrid battery which costs about $3,000 to repair. I called to see what they were willing to do to help me out and Jess was utterly ignorant. I'm not sure if he has a problem with women or he just doesn't know how to speak to people especially customers with respect. I in no way shape or form was rude to him, disappointed yes rude or demanding NO but I was met with total disrespect. Keep this in mind when shopping here, I wish someone would have warned me! There are many many places to purchase used cars don't fall victim to this place..

The owner has no sense of customer service or, quite frankly, decency. He speaks to you as if you're wasting his time and as if he's the one doing you a favor. Originally he told me it would take a week to repair. After one full week I come to find out he didn't even start to work on my car. He simply sent another supplement into my insurance to triple his original quote. I waited two full weeks for him to repair about a dozen tiny hail dents on my hood and roof. This man is a miserable con artist. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else.

But worst of all I took picture of the speedometer when I dropped it off and also when I picked it up, the mileage was the exact same even though they charged for an alignment and a half hour travel time. When I told them about the pictures I took all they did was look like a deer in the headlights. Don't trust them.

She was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me to bring my car in and they should be able to get me in at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25 and spoke with Sylvia, who was even more friendly in person. By 9:32 my car was in the garage getting inspected. The inspection took them about 45 minutes, which was faster than other places I have been to in the past and it cost under $20. Additionally, they washed my car for free and said they provide that as a complimentary service for cars that are serviced at their garage. This added another 20 minutes to my wait time, but I did not mind at all waiting because they did an awesome job detailing the outside. I have been to a number of automotive garages, but Devy ranks up there with one of the best experiences I've had with auto shops. This is important because I hate the feeling of being at the mercy of "expert mechanics" who could overcharge or "misdiagnosis" issues with my car, thus costing me an arm and a leg. I definitely did not have this experience here and will return in the future. I'd highly recommend if you need your car inspected or other automotive needs!

They finished it up early and even sent someone to pick me up so I could come get the van. The repair looked great but as I was looking it over I found a hairline crack in the bumper that was not there before the accident. I stopped back over and the manager took a look and said it needed handled as well. I'm not sure why it was missed but people make mistakes and I appreciated very much that they handled it the next week and had the entire bumper fixed within two days. I'm a firm believer in being professional and asking for a mistake to be reviewed and they were courteous and professional in return. Very thankful they made it right and the repair overall is fantastic!
