We thought it was the pipe upon further inspection we saw it was the actual sink ( stainless steel), it seems while installing it they cracked it and instead of getting a new sink that I paid for, the workers patched it. It is so stuck that instead of being able to unhook and release it, we tried to dissolve glue with everything we could find, now unfortunately, we are going to have to break the stone to be able to change out the sink. So there will be an expense that I shouldn't have to bear. As I said it took awhile but the glue finally gave. I will never give them my business nor will I recommend them. Shoddy work.

But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again.
