Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership was one of my least favorite stops. They have a decent showroom, it's on the smaller end of the 22 I visited on the trip. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me on my way to browse. What annoyed me was the woman attending the clothing area walked away to speak to someone for about 10 minutes when I was at the register to purchase my poker chip. I then walk away after waiting to the parts register to try and checkout there and the guy tells me I need to be at the other register. I informed him I knew that but had been waiting there for over 5 minutes to checkout and did not want to wait any longer for a simple poker chip. He then paged the woman back to the register. This dealership is not huge, she was in eyesight and verbal distance the entire time. If it wasn't for me waiting to try and eventually visit every H-D dealer in the country and have a chip, I would have walked out.

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by the showroom to chat bikes and walked away shaking my head. After walking around the showroom floor for 10 minutes not a single person approached or even looked in my direction. There were about 5 people standing around talking to each other with no other customer in sight. I finally had to approach a group of them and ask if anyone was "selling motorcycles" and they looked at me stunned as if I was bothering them. Finally a sales person "Ed" handed me a brochure and told me that they sell at MSRP. After a few questions about the new models it seemed as if I was bothering or annyoing him, so thanked him for his time and left. He seemed to want to get back to his conversation with the ladies at the register as quickly as possible. I've had much better sales experiences at other Harley-Davidson dealerships. Other than that the shop was clean, well-organized, and loaded with lots of gear. I would have considered purchasing or ordering a 2016 Electra Glide on that Saturday if someone would have been a bit more helpful. I'll be taking my business to another dealership.
