The best Harley Shop in WV. The staff is exceptional and the management is tops. This is a business that is willing to support Combat Veterans and that is important to those of us who have spent a great deal of time away from our families so that others can walk free. I want to personally thank the entire staff for the support and best customer service around. The service department fixed my bike, and never tried to over sell me additional services. Great team. One word of advice to anyone looking for a new Bike, if you are enjoying your freedom you have today, buy off of a business that supports VETERANS. read more

I had an excellent experience with Triple S HD. I was searching for a Low Rider S and they happened to be one of the places that had what I was looking for. Cam reached out to me initially and got all of the information I needed. A friend and I drove 3 hours in from Ohio to come look at bike and possibly purchase. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was taken care of like I come in every day, everything felt extremely laid back and low pressure. After everything was said and done, I ended up purchasing the bike and an amazing ride back home. I would definitely visit again for one of the many events they hold or when I'm in the market to pick up another bike. Definitely recommend! read more

Stopped in To Triple S while killing some time in the Morgantown area. This is a very large store with a great showroom and what appeared to be a large service department. I only shopped the merchandise section on this visit, but they had plenty of Bikes inside and out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This would be on my list of cruze-in spots while on a weekend ride. They sponsored several events from the flyers that I saw, including HD Demo days. I'm not "young" and have owned a few vehicles in my life covered by warranty. Hubs just bought a 2022 Road Glide less than 30 days ago (different dealer). His bike has an OEM gas cover that came on the bike. We went on a trip to GA last weekend. In trying to fuel the bike on the road, the cover does not want to open so he's been using a pen knife to help open when needed. He took it to Mountaineer today for them to look at and fix and he was told (by the tech and a retail sales mgr relaying from the service manager) even tho it's under warranty he would still have to pay the hourly service rate (over $100/hr) for them to LOOK at and fix! I called HD corporate and was told parts and labor are covered for any defective equipment that came on the bike at purchase. After doing business here for almost 9 years, we won't again. read more

Beware Triple-S service personnel! When I bought my FB Lo last year, I had Triple-S HD of Morgantown, WV install V&H BSS pipes on my bike. Well a year later I am doing upgrades to my bike and took the pipes off because I am changing to a D&D Low Cat. Took the pipes off no issues. Went to take the O2 sensors off and the front one came off no problem. Went to take the rear one off and it broke loose OK, turned a 1/2 a turn then started tightening up. Aw oh... feels like it was cross-threaded. Hit it with PB Blaster and the boss with a torch and got it apart. Yep. Cross-threaded. Called Triple-S and talked to the service manager who "explained" that this wasn't their fault, after saying that sometimes the boss has chrome in it that makes it hard to thread the O2 sensor (um thread chaser?). But in any case this wasn't their fault or their problem. It worked fine for a year. WTF? They installed it! I hadn't touched the sensor until 2 days ago. Nope not their problem and nothing they were going to do about it. So I am out an O2 sensor and perhaps a re-saleable exhaust. Thank you Triple-S for both the incompetence of your service personnel and your un-willingness to stand behind your work. Oh yeah and for calling me a liar. Thank God Z&M and Zanotti's are closing down so dealers like Triple-S can stay in business. read more

Disappointing Customer Service... After purchasing a new rear tire, tube, and rim band, (plus installation), on July 1 ,2017 at Triple S Harley Davidson, Westover WV, I proceeded on my vacation trip to Charleston SC (July 6, 2017). On I-77 S near Rock Hill SC, I experienced a rear flat tire at 70 mph in congested traffic, (yes, the new one). After calling a flatbed tow truck, and removing my Dyna Super Glide Custom from a roadside concrete culvert, my bike was towed to the nearest Harley dealer in Rock Hill. Being after hours, the tow truck operator dropped me at a local motel. Next morning, I met with the South Carolina Harley Dealer (Cox's Harley Davidson), Service Advisor who agreed to service my bike first since I was a "traveler". After the service tech had installed a new tube and rim band, (same tire), the technician stated that the flat was due to a pinched inner tube or "Pinch Flat". The Service Advisor agreed and signed his name on the work order and added the words "tube was pinched". After my return, I met with the Service Manager at Triple S to discuss the incident. After producing my overnight lodging and repair bill of $298.60, (tube was provided for examination), the Service Manager stated that the tube did not have the typical "two fang" snake bite appearance of a pinch flat. I also told him that my bike was now shaking to the point that my hands would turn numb after 30 minutes of riding. He said that it was probably due to a lost wheel weight and out of balance. A speakerphone call was made in my presence to the Cox's Service Manager who made the repair. The Triple S Sales Manager stated that my bike had traveled nearly 600 miles since the installation and that the pinch flat would have occurred before then. Cox's Sales Manager stated that it could look like a snake bite, but he had just paid the expenses of one of his OWN customers experiencing a "pinch flat" in Myrtle Beach SC. After the Triple S Sales Manager returned from the General Manager's office, I was told that they would reimburse me for approximately half of my expenses. I refused, saying that ALL of the expenses were legitimate and needed to be paid, and that the amount was not "negotiable". After returning again from the GM's office I was told that even though they appreciated my past business, no more could be done. With a gentleman's handshake, I left the dealership. IT'S KINDA SAD that Triple S would not believe one of their own customer's experiences, but would also NOT take the word of a fellow Harley Davidson dealer. Where's the trust and "customer service" here? At least now I know where NOT to go for future purchases or service... read more

Very nice Harley Dealership located on top of a huge hill. It is a little hard to find as the address is incorrect in Yelp. The employees were very friendly and the inventory of bikes was very good. If I lived in the area I would come here often. read more

They just opened a new shop by Mylan park and the new store showroom seems much smaller than the old one. It feels congested. They have so much room and they built a smaller showroom is beyond me. I took my bike there to get it worked on a couple of years ago and I will never take it back there again. They never called to tell me my bike was done or even told me about the repairs or what it was going to cost! I had to call and find out myself (2 Months later)??? . They are way over priced. They charge 150 bucks for an oil change when the oil and filter can be picked up at autozone for 50 bucks. Why does it cost roughly 40 dollars for a typical car oil change and $150 at Triple S???? Of course they say you should only use Harley Davidson oil and filters because they want to rip you off by overpricing everything. There is absolutely no difference between Harley Davidson oil and lets say Castro you get at autozone. When I got my bike back it leaked oil and I asked them about it and they told me they didnt know but it would cost about 1500 to break the engine down and fix it. I started to see a pattern here. Go to someone you trust because all they care about it ripping you off. read more
