We've been loyal customers of your shop for some time now and have purchased many items over the…read moreyears, always receiving excellent service--until now. My teenage son recently visited the store on his own, excited to ask questions and learn more about motorcycles. Instead of being welcomed or supported, he was laughed at by the staff and told to "do his homework." This kind of dismissive, condescending behavior toward a young person is unacceptable. He left feeling embarrassed and discouraged, which is the opposite of how any potential rider or customer should feel walking into your business. What made the situation worse was how my concern was handled when I called to follow up. Rather than showing any understanding or accountability, the staff brushed it off, claiming my son had "taken it out of context." It felt like his age and inexperience were used as an excuse to ignore the issue entirely. The staff chose to deflect blame onto a teenager--further minimizing a valid concern. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a stark difference in treatment simply because he came in alone. Whether it was because of his age or something else, the message was clear: he wasn't taken seriously. That kind of attitude doesn't just hurt your reputation--it alienates the next generation of riders. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on, and I would caution other families to think twice before supporting a place that doesn't treat all customers--regardless of age--with basic respect. Do better!

Also not honoring the price that was agreed on even after putting down a deposit plus securing the financing. Not a reputable company! I read the response from owner of this business. I was required to place a deposit for them to transport the vehicle from OH. I sent them the on 4/23 and secured financing on the 24th. I was informed that the vehicle could not be transported until the 28th or 29th. I stated that I had to be out of town on business and would not be able to pick it up until likely second week of May. I received a text from the sales person stating good news and a picture of some UTV on the 29th (no mention of having to pick up machine before end of May). I responded on the first of May, that if this text was an indication that the unit I had a purchase agreement on has arrived, then I will be in May 12th to pick it up. I had no other correspondence, until salesman called me on May 6th to inform me that will not be willing to honor deal for the vehicle as we had previously agreed upon. The dealership did not follow through on deal we had on this vehicle. My recommendation stands and suggest not to deal with this company

I've been shopping around for motorcycles for a few months and have found it hard to make a decision. One day at the Duquesne Incline I saw a flyer for motorcycle rentals - right here in Carnegie! I decided to stop in one day on my way home from work and found among many of their bikes that they also have a Sportster for rent. It is one of the bikes I've been zeroing in on so I thought let's go for it! It's a 24 hour rental so 9am to 9am for example. I took it for Saturday, and had an absolute blast. No troubles whatsoever. When you pick up the bike they do a comprehensive walk-around to identify any cosmetic damage. They go over all the controls, point out things that might be unique to the manufacturer, and have a lot in the back that you can ride around on to get oriented to the clutch and throttle. Bringing the bike back was just as simple. A walk around to make sure no new dings or scrapes, and that's it. Super friendly and easy going. If you like to ride occasionally but don't want to own a bike, this is a great way to spend a day or even a weekend.

Then came the salesman , guy with a long beard didn't even introduce himself , took me away from the trike i was looking at and took me in the back and showed me this beat up trike scratched up torn seat high miles missing windshield that was there at one point looked at a paper said this is $10,000.00. i said its kind beat up how much is the one i was looking at on the show room floor ? "Way more than $10,000.00 " , ok how much more ? He then showed me another trike back there this one is (looking at his paper) $22,000.00 it was missing some parts also. so how much is the one on the show room floor i asked again ? we then went out to look at it. as we were walking out to it he said go over that he will be right over i waited about 10 min he came back over and said this is $33,000.00 as is i asked what's wrong with it that you said it like that nothing its $33,000.00 then he said ill be back again. i waited 20 more min for him to come back and i just walked out! Little did he know i had $15,000.00 cash in my pocket to put down and a 785 credit score on his $33,000.00 bike
