I was shown every detail of my trailer and it was hooked up for me, and all the hook ups were explained in detail. He let me ask every question I had and I never felt like I was being rushed. I was even given tips on driving and backing it up to park. He even showed me the type of lubricant to use for the mechanical parts (and what not to use). My tow ball was too low and he sold me a new one at a very reasonable price (much less than uHaul who installed my hitch). They sell Aluma trailers and these come with a five year factory warranty, this is the best out there! This was seriously the BEST buying experience I have had in I don't know how long.
