The mechanics that Stoneham sent out were very nice, but I knew we had made a huge mistake when the mechanic said that the mowers they sell are cheap junk. I was appalled to hear this, but it got even worse when he told my husband that they sell farm tractors that usually fall apart within 2 years. The mechanic actually told my husband that next time he should buy a John Deer because all they sell is Cheap knock off mowers and tractors. Very nice people but spend your money on quality equipment or you will become good friends with their mechanics trying to keep the mowers cutting. He actually took me for a test drive around town before I made the final commit. This is unique to this powersports dealership, and I've never experienced this before. It made it much easier to say yes. I came here a year later for some suspension upgrades, because I felt that the shop is more experienced with the class of motorcycle I chose - and I wasn't wrong. Now they passed ever since, now this year they did pass it because they said my turn signals wouldn't pass and charged me for the inspection. Now today I took it back for the turn signals after putting new ones on now the say the brake light is illegal and that my front brake lever isn't working the brake light which was ok two weeks ago and charged me for another inspection and said it wouldn't pass again because of the front brake lever. I'm guessing the only way to be treated correctly is if you buy a 40,000 solar Harley instead of a used bike. DONT PURCHASE A BIKE IF YOU DONT WANT RIPPED OFF EVERY YEAR .
