I never trust a car shop that tries to over sell me parts. If they try to take advantage on a simple job they'll screw you over in any work they do. My normal mechanic is always trying to save me money. I called another shop, they let me know any honest mechanic near wheeling will be booked out for months. Meanwhile I am stuck at home with a 3 month old baby and if something were to happen to him I'd have no way of getting him help.....my husband works everyday and they are very aware of our situation. I got no core credit for my battery. I only needed them to install a the alternator but got charged for work I didn't approve. I could've bought a battery but they installed one twice the price of the one needed. I had the car only over the weekend and asked if I could return the battery. The person I talked to on the phone got extremely rude with me. This was the first and will be the ONLY time I ever do business with them. I do not recommend them.
