So here's what i found: ~They have a great variety of styles, more than other lighting showrooms I have visited. ~ As A great asset, there is a Repair Shop on site. This service is NOT Limited to in-store purchases. This includes Antiques. My Experience: 1. My husband and I were genuinely welcomed when we entered the building. 2. The Warehouse Mgr. introduced himself and made us aware of lighting pieces available, that had been stored over the years. 3. They have a friendly Staff, enough to handle several customers. 4. They didn't hover over us, but remained out front at their desks ready to assist. 5. We received professional and personal service that was attentive to our vision and desire. 6. Having chosen a lighting from the warehouse, it was cleaned up and thoroughly inspected (wiring and sockets), ensuring all functions were sound. They gave great care in its packing for our travel out of town. 7. The completion of our order was prompt, in time for Christmas.
