More than seven months later, we had still not received all of the accessories promised under the agreement. Throughout that time, we made multiple follow-up attempts and received varying explanations regarding the status of the items. In November 2025, we selected replacement accessories after declining used display items that were offered. We were told the new items would be ordered and delivered, but as of January 2026, they had still not been received. Based on our experience, we would encourage potential customers to carefully review all paperwork, ensure any accessory credits are clearly itemized with values, and consider customer reviews before making a purchase decision.
