I waited three weeks for a simple response, with no confirmed appointment and no follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one ever came out to look at the job. It felt as though the company may have assumed I wasn't serious about the project or didn't have the budget -- a disappointing and unfair assumption if that was the case. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and basic communication was unacceptable. I can't speak to their quality of work because they never showed up, but based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

For the kitchen, it often starts with deciding on appliances. Identifying appliances early in the kitchen remodel process has a huge impact on the kitchen design and ensures that the kitchen cabinets and entire kitchen design works seamlessly with the appliances you've selected. The same is true for baths, but in this case it is your toilet, tub or shower...plus whatever other things you may want to indulge in (did I hear you say towel warmer?).

I was initially told the project would take 14 days at most and it turned into a two and a half month project. After finally calling someone above the project manager I was give a discount for inconvenience I guess but at these prices this is simply unacceptable.
