Before Tony and his crew worked their magic, they had chunks taken out, glitter, paint, some spots even worn down to the actual wood with no poly left at all. This was not an easy job. Thank you for everything Tony and crew, I LOVE my floors now!

I waited three weeks for a simple response, with no confirmed appointment and no follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one ever came out to look at the job. It felt as though the company may have assumed I wasn't serious about the project or didn't have the budget -- a disappointing and unfair assumption if that was the case. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and basic communication was unacceptable. I can't speak to their quality of work because they never showed up, but based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

His behavior was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I had purchased flooring to repair a small area in my home. When we picked up the order, one of the boxes had clearly been opened previously, but it appeared full, so we didn't think much of it. When I later attempted to return that box, I was told, "Oh no, it's missing a few pieces, so we can't take it back." I began explaining the situation to Curtis, but he interrupted me mid-sentence and began speaking to me in a condescending manner. I addressed his behavior, and ultimately decided that I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I finally went to the hardware store and bought the piece myself and had my son install it when he was visiting from out of town (I'm 70 years old and unable to manage the installation by myself). disappointed with the poor service, but even more disappointed with the deception.

They were highly recommended to us and we have used them for carpeting, vinyl flooring and tile work since fall of 2011. They installed two sheet vinyl floors for us, one vinyl tile entryway and two rooms of wall-to-wall carpet and they are in the process of tiling our fireplace surround. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are meticulous, they leave the site clean and they are happy to help with moving furniture to facilitate the process. We have particularly appreciated their willingness to work within our budget, offering knowledgeable suggestions but no pressure.
