As we left, a women ran and opened the door offering to help us. It was too late at that point after we were tacitly ignored for nearly 20 minutes. A waste of time for us. We will not return and have found another business in town who helped us find exactly what we need. They understand customer service. Ferguson most certainly does not. Wish I could give zero stars as they gave zero effort to helping us.
