There was no one else in the shop while I got pierced except for the front desk employee, the piercer, me, and my friend which made me feel more comfortable. Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. Especially, now that I'm older, I genuinely like that they expect adults to act like adults and follow the rules that they've set out. My only issue with this business has always been the parking. The parking is kind of awful, but then again that's downtown Nashville for you.

Super fun visit on a Saturday afternoon. We left Assembly food hall and popped over. Though it was…read morepacked (about 10 or so people inside leaves the small store feeling cramped) the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. After telling them what type of jewelry we were searching for, they pointed us in the right direction with their displays. They frequently checked in, even helping me determine sizing for my helix ring. We left with 5 pieces of jewelry and it all fit great. We paid about $120, getting $30 off for the number of pieces we purchased. They also have loyalty cards. We will definitely be back for more jewelry sets!
