I went in for and Michael artist stated he was familiar and been doing tattoos for years. I'm an African-American our skin tone is dark. Possibly darker than used to working with the tattoo I got was supposed to be a It doesn't look anything like the picture I gave him the tattoo scabbed up. There was liquid coming the scabs however, thankfully it wasn't infected. The colors were awful during the tattoo. Michael took several smoke breaks not sure the purpose of that. I think it was quite disrespectful of my be the reason that the quality of the tattoo is very poor. Now I am forced to go and fly somewhere to get a cover-up done in South Carolina. The is amazing. I paid $300 for this tattoo and it's actually garbage. Please stay clear of this location Titan tattoo and especially the Michael read more

From out of state we walked in yesterday for my bestie to attempt to get microdermals in her arm ink! We were welcomed in by a very nice staff and got in immediately since this is a rather quick process. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, everything was explained to her, it didn't hurt, a very smooth process. Cleanliness, professionalism and FUN was the vibe here! The owner and the workers are all cool! Down to earth & we will make appointments for ink the next time we plan on another girls trip to Nashville! read more

Titan Tattoo - Micro dermal piercing done by Bonnie! - Piercing Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

$207 fucked up double angel bite piercings done here by Jess with a $40 tip and they didn't offer me any compensation when I didn't want to be re-pierced by them, and they said I am no longer welcome at their business despite never being rude. One of them was pierced crooked and I was experiencing pain after a week so I called and came in and they confirmed and pulled it. I got conflicting information between the front desk and piercers. The front desk said I needed to wait 4 weeks to get it re-pierced. When I showed up with the pain after the fucked up piercing, Bonnie, who I am assuming is the most senior piercer, told me I could come back in to re-do it anywhere from 2-4 weeks, alluding to the idea that once it is "basically healed" it could be re-done. Very confusing. Nevertheless, I found this out when I came in early by 2.5 weeks. I was then called 4 weeks later to confirm the re-pierce and told them I pulled the other piercing and no longer feel comfortable having the other one be redone by them. I would rather just redeem it for in-store credit. They then told me they would call me back. They called me back and told me they could either re-pierce it or give me nothing, and that after that they would no longer like to do business with me ever again and that I am not welcome in their store (I was never at any point rude or disgruntled despite having the right to be pissed that they fucked up the piercing and I've been waiting a month for the services I paid almost $250 to be corrected). Attached is my receipt. read more

I did my research on places that offered nose piercings with jewelry options. I ended up going with the titanium option after talking to Bonnie. Bonnie is a ten star professional. Super clean facility. Fast Service. If Bonnie had not greeted me and the next person that walked to the desk had waited on me I likely would have left. Go check Bonnie out!! read more

Did a walk in back in July, quick process and the artist I was placed with was awesome. I also had a brief conversation with the owner and she was super cool. I Decided I wanted a new tattoo so I called and the dude up front that answered had an attitude and cut me off multiple times. This interaction has ruined it for me so I'm looking elsewhere. Whoever he is needs some customer service tips read more

Friendly, patient and will pair you with an artist to create what you want or ine who will just stamp that Google image on you :-) this is one of the cleanest tattoo shops I've been in and the artists are considerate of there time and yours! I had a really great experience entirely. The shop as a whole is welcoming and has good vibes, there is a great mix of men and women artists working here. The environment and equipment were all clean. I got my tattoo done by Ty Higgins. I had taken in multiple picture ideas with the request for him combine features from all of them to make a more original piece. Ty designed the tattoo custom for me. Ty is a very detail oriented artist and I appreciated that. He was also very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Booth was set up and ready to go when I got there for my appointment. Ty was light handed in the tattoo process and I didn't feel like it was digging into my skin. With price, I had called two other shops before Titan Tattoo, and the hourly at Titan was the best I found, and in general competitive with other shops. I feel like I got a great piece for the price I payed. They do not take a deposit, rather you can cancel/back out by calling, but if you don't show up for apt you are charged something. And they do walk ins/same day. I'm looking forward to getting more done here and I would recommend Titan Tattoo and/or Ty Higgins. read more

Bonnie was excellent! She was very communicative and all about consent, an important thing for most getting the piercing I got. When the first one turned out crooked and off center (definitely not her fault, the skin there moves a lot and all three of us thought it was centered and straight), she offered to re-pierce it and we made really sure this time that it was straight and centered. The shop is clean, the music is awesome, and as long as you don't drive a giant truck like mine the parking is good too. All in all very pleased and I will be back for all my future piercings. read more

Very friendly. It was super easy they Make you feel comfortable. Britney was very personable and easy to talk to.

5 stars for the employees. Bonnie is the best. Go to her for piercing whatever you need. She'll take care of you so well. The whole crew there is really great and personable. The one thing I'll say is I wish the owner treated the employees better. She degrades them in front of customers and it just isn't right. As long as you don't have to witness that, you'll have an amazing time getting any tattoos or piercings here read more

I got a small semicolon tattoo, my fourth tattoo. The artist left spots not filled in, tried to talk me out of my placement because "that's not what most people do" and was quite expensive compared to so many other places for what I feel was half effort work. I went to get the same tattoo for my mother and it was almost half the price and they stated she went too deep and scarred it (this was a separate place). She offered to fill it in for free within six months (right after I got it) but there's no way I'll ever go back. Not to fill in her work or the other work I had hoped to get. I'm sure the other artists are great since this place had 5 stars but Karen ruined it for me. read more

It's always a challenge finding a good tattoo shop out of your own state but we came into Titan Tattoo and Austin came to consult us about the tattoos we were seeking to get. Austin was super chill and down to earth. Everyone in the shop were friendly and it was spotless inside, very covid friendly! My son got his first tattoo and Austin free handed it which made us a little nervous, well he killed it! My fiancé and I got engagement tattoos and he also nailed those! Austin also stayed after the shop closed and didn't rush to get us out of there. THANK YOU AUSTIN! We definitely recommend when you're looking for a tattoo shop, go see Austin at Titan Tattoo! read more

Should've been easy to fix some of the issues from Ty's initial drawing. He redid the head but didn't like that I wanted to change the eye brows. Asked for me to come in and said he redid the head 5-10 times. He never redid the head but once and did a quick sketch of the rest which Ty didn't do the back leg like we talked about; and so he gave up and kept the $50 deposit. Unless you want what they do already, don't come to these novices. read more

I went here to get a tattoo. Unfortunately, I was not told that the tattoo would fall off. No it did not fade. My skin literally fell off with the ink. This was a super meaningful tattoo. Austin and his team did not warn me this would happen. I don't recommend this place if you want to get a tattoo. They don't care if you want a meaningful tattoo and won't do anything to fix what they didn't do properly. Avoid going here for a tattoo. All they care is about their money and not the meaning of tattoos and making sure the tattoo last and is placed properly. read more

I got a tattoo here and the guy was so cock sure about his ability to do a nautical piece he was like yeah bro I can do that. Well $6800 later ($800 for tattoo and $6000) to fucking remove it). If he would have just said man I don't really do much nautical work but apparently he needed the money band enough that he'd settle for doing shitty work. I take part responsibility for not researching him better and making absolutely sure before I let him start so I take partial blame here. I have heard Kelsey is very good but unless you've seen it his portfolio I would make absolutely sure before you let him tattoo on you. I'm sure he's a great artist in his own "niche" if your wanting something specialized I'd wait and find someone who does that type of work. I did speak with the owner about it and at first she seemed more concerned that I wanted my money back or asking her to pay for something but she was decent about it at least but as I said before before you let Paul tattoo on you make absolutely sure you see what you want in his portfolio. read more

The artists are amazing!! My piercer is the best, Leena is so knowledgeable and sweet. She's super welcoming and does it best. The reason why i'm giving 3 stars is because of the owner, god she's a pain. She has little, to no kindness even to customers and her workers!! She's rude and does not know how to ask politely. She demands and expects it to be given to her. She will talk back when you ask a simple question, and honestly makes the experience 10 times worse. I was there a couple of days ago and not only did she order people around that were there to get a piercing, but she is also incredibly unwelcoming. read more

If you are looking for a shop to get a tattoo, please READ my review. I know it's lengthy but I hope it helps answer some questions similar to what I had before I got inked and helps you decide where to go to get your next tattoo (which should be TITAN and I'll explain why). Having said that, I am not from Nashville and actually planned a getaway with friends. We all decided to get tattoos (I've wanted one for 15 years but was never brave enough to pull the trigger) and we had NEVER been tattooed before. I knew my concept and it meant a lot to me, so a bad tattoo would have been DEVASTATING. I am a researcher and wanted to make sure I made the best choice possible, so I got online and started researching tattoo shops in Nashville (ok borderline obsessed with finding the perfect place). I read LOTS of reviews (good and bad) and narrowed down my choice to 4 shops in Nashville. I emailed all four shops a few months prior to our getaway weekend. One never responded to my email, another said they could not do what I wanted in the time I had for the price I could afford (their hourly rate was RIDICULOUS), and the 3rd one did not really seem interested in the business. The fourth shop I emailed was Titan Tattoo. Karen, the owner, responded to my email quickly and thanked me for my interest in her shop. I arranged through email a phone consultation and instantly connected and felt comfortable with Karen. She answered all my questions very professionally (some of them were ridiculous I'm sure) and seemed willing to work with me on my concept, time window, and pricing. We paid our deposit and kept in contact for the months leading up to our getaway. She listened to my ideas and would redraw to add things I wanted. She personalized my tattoo and I was VERY happy with what we came up with. My husband's artist was Michael and he was just as amazing as Karen at helping him finalize his concept and come up with a killer trash polka tattoo. Time came for us to fly to Nashville and we went to the shop to meet everyone in person. I was SO impressed by how clean and well maintained the shop was. The artists were friendly and very helpful. You could tell they truly care about their craft and create quality art and tattoos. She explained the whole process to us step-by-step and detail-by-detail. I was so grateful and what she told me about aftercare was spot on. When it was my turn for my 4-hour shoulder piece, Karen was AWESOME! She was such a perfectionist and did AMAZING work. I could not believe she could get that much detail and definition into my tattoo. Getting tattooed was painful but totally manageable. You could tell she knew her craft and it healed very nicely. Clean lines, great shading, no trauma to my skin, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone in our group felt the same way (we had 3 different artists) and my husband's 2-hour trash polka piece looked sick. I was so pleased with how well it turned out. So long story short, Titan Tattoo is EVERYTHING you are looking for. DO NOT be nervous about going to this shop. They are VERY professional artists and run an EXCEPTIONAL business. They have fair pricing and AWESOME customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Titan Tattoo and will go there again. They helped make my first tattoo one of the most memorable experiences of my life. read more

Was in Nashville visiting and decided to check out some tattoo shops. This one by far was one of the best ones! It was super clean and everyone was so nice. I came here on a Saturday in February & decided i wanted my nose pierced. Billie was the person who pierced my nose & she was actually the sweetest! so informing, great spirits & overall a pleasure. I can tell she truly enjoys what she does! she was easy to talk too quick & efficient! I came back probably a month later because i thought i broke my nose ring , I got the nose ring with the screw on top & didn't know what it looked like because i had never taken it out. I came in a panic & she's like no you didn't break it that's where the screw on part go i felt like such an idiot she was very nice about screwing it back on for me. Went to Titan Tattoo for my 4th tattoo and had a really great experience. After looking through the portfolios I loved the clean lines in Karen's work and so she gladly looked at a few pictures I had to create the vision I had in my head. The owner Karen was extremely unprofessional. All around a very negative experience. Talking about her employees behind their back during the tattoo, talking to other employees doing a truck order, not paying full attention to the work she was doing.
