I have been to second skin tattoo on many occasions. Unfortunately when you walk in you are rarely greeted if at all. Staff will look you in the eye and even ignore you all together. I waited over an hour without ever speaking to someone. The line work is choppy and very sketchy and the tattoo work fades quickly. The piercings they do are quick and semi professional. Unfortunately you'll usually have a novice doing it And the placement is usually questionable. The piercings done don't seem to last/heal properly even with proper after care. If you get an appointment keep in mind it's almost just a suggestion rattan than an appointment as they won't call or even remember your appointment until they look it up after you come in. If you call about your appointment they will sometimes move your appointment. The only things I can say that a positive about the business is that the staff is friendly when you actually get to talk to them. The building is very clean and in a nice location. I wish I could say more about the positive but I can't. I am giving an unbiased review. When Kevin worked for SST the business seemed to run better. I have witnessed many customers walk out because no one even acknowledged their existence. with all of these factors I can safely say I don't recommend SST. For the prices they charge you could easily get a better tattoo/piercing and be acknowledged when you come in. Find a place that respects you as a customer/canvas. read more

I have gotten all my tattoos at endless kreations and only came here so my fiancé and I could get in sooner and it was the worst experience of my life. Our appointment was at 7:30 and the guy took a walk in at our scheduled time and we had to wait 2.5hrs and we got simple smiley face tattoos and they look terrible. The circle isn't even round and an eye is bigger than the other, and the smile is janky. I've never left a review on Yelp before but I thought it was outrageous that we had to pay $120 for garbage that will be on our bodies forever. read more

My friend and I went to go get matching tattoos at this place and had the worst experience. First of all, we wanted matching butterflies behind our ears & I wanted to get another tattoo on my ribs and the one I wanted on my ribs, he couldn't get right and he was getting mad at me cause I kept asking him to redo the stencil because I didn't like it and it's gonna be on my body for the rest of my life & plus you're a tattoo artist... shouldn't you have some type of patience??? Second, when he shaved my hair to put my tattoo, he cut me twice & not to mention the fact he put the tattoo where my hair was shaved so now my hair has grown back and the tattoo is barely noticeable and the lines are very shaky. Third, he "stepped out" about every 15 minutes to take a smoke break. Very unprofessional, the place smelled like cigarettes and overall a very unenjoyable time. I even left that place that night and went to another tattoo shop to get my rib tattoo and had a much better experience. I am not sure of the guys name, but I won't be surprised if someone knew exactly who I was talking about. read more

Great service, Great staff, pleasant smoke free environment. Usually need an appointment but a quick call got me in that day. Worth the wait, though, if you have to make an appointment.
