I took my 9 year old daughter to her ear lobes pierced today. Paige and Kristen were amazing! Basically, everything I wrote about the first experience still applies! See below: I cannot say enough good things about the shop itself, which was clean and brightly lit. The piercing process, from start to finish, was efficient. The tools were sterile and single use. Both Paige and Kristen were kind and patient while explaining the process to my daughter and walked her through every step....and the piercing was FAST. They used numbing cream.... Which was amazing!!!

He suggested I shower twice a day and use jergens lotion frequently to help the healing process. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion. I stopped in at battleground because it's in my neighborhood and was blown away by the customer service and friendly staff. The owner Will went out of his way to take the time and explain to me the importance of aftercare to ward off infections and also prolong the longevity of you're tattoo. Free of charge he took me into his booth and showed me how to properly apply aqua for too it and have me a handout he gives all his clients easily explaining how to take care of it over the next four weeks. I had a suspicion my original artist had neglected to explain to me that importance and I am so glad I stopped in to meet Will because he most likely saved me a ton of trouble - remember this will be on my body for life and I want to take the best possible care available and me having not had a huge piece done before was ignorant to the fact. I will 100% be coming back to this parkour for my next tattoo and am so thankful for Will and his staff. A woman had originally answered the phone e and offered me some of her personally Tagaderm because I thought that is what I needed to help protect it. I booked an appointment with Bruno five months ago. I live…read morein Phoenix, and made travel arrangements to fly to Columbia, TN. In the five months since I booked, I have received little to no communication from him. When I would call the shop phone, it went straight to a voice mail box that was already full. My text messages and DMs went unanswered. On the day of my appointment, four hours before my session was to begin, I received a text message from a third party -- not the shop. The text message indicated that Bruno would not be in the shop until "next week" and that my appointment would be cancelled. I did not respond to the message, but when I went to check the shop Instagram, I discovered I had been blocked for reasons that are beyond my comprehension. My entire experience with Lucky Tattoo has been unprofessional and thoroughly disappointing. All I can say is, this is NOT how you run a business, let alone how you conduct yourself in polite society. Bruno wasted my time, my energy, and my money. Think twice before you do business with Lucky Tattoo.

Originally she told me I was a great candidate/had perfect eyelids for permanent eyeliner, but once I was committed to the service it was another story. She explained it's not an exact science, we would need to play the shape of the tattoo and the duration of the work by ear. She doesn't listen. It's frustrating. I know what I like. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.
