I was extremely lucky to have met Trace, from Valet Auto Body. It was about 2:00AM, when my husband and I were driving home from a friend's house, and it was extremely foggy outside. We got into a wreck on SB I-15, but were mostly okay (hit and run/the other vehicle didn't stop). I was able to maneuver my car to the shoulder of the freeway near the median. We both got out to look at the damage done to my car, when another vehicle pulled off to assist. The gentleman that stopped was Trace, who thought we had broken down. He saw that we had crashed, my face was bleeding, and we were just standing there. (Still in shock.) -He walked me to his car, gave me a water and said he would make sure my car could still drive, and that he had a body shop just off the freeway, where he could take it. His friend drove me and my husband to the hospital while Trace took my car to his body shop. He brought me everything I needed from my car, ie. phone, wallet, etc. His friend stayed and spoke to my mom, explaining everything that had happened, but that we were okay. (By this point, I was having a panic attack about my car and my face, and was basically in hysterics.) Trace and his friend stayed to make sure we were okay and gave us his card and said he would have my car at his shop where I could get anything I needed out of it. He had already determined that the car was totaled, as the airbags had gone off, and it was a 2001 model. He said they would do whatever they could to help. After a few days, I went to Valet to get everything I could out of my car. I told Trace that wanted the tires off of my car, but other than that, it's going to a junk yard. He said that they could take the tires off and put some junk tires on for a very low price, and that they would help me get it wherever it needed to go. It's been over a month now, and I'm still working on getting it sold, and I haven't been charged for Valet holding onto it. Needless to say, Trace is a very respectable person, who not only goes out of his way to help people for his job, but in his personal time as well. I really think things couldn't have gone any better, for the terrible situation we were in. We were so lucky to have had Trace and his friend stop, and be so willing to help us out. I would recommend Valet to anyone and everyone, because I know I could trust Trace to be honest, straight-forward, and provide service at the best possible rate. And he is so willing to go out of his way to help out his customers, and even those who are not his customers! read more

I could go on and on about how great Valet Auto Body is! I've unfortunately been a repeat customer. The first time I had my car at their shop they didn't even get to fix it because it was a total loss. Despite that, they were so helpful and generous with their time. They helped me figure out what to do with the insurance companies. They even called insurance multiple times to get them to take responsibility for the damage to my car. When my car was towed in, I got a call from Trace, and he helped me figure out what to do. I had never been in an accident before, and it was overwhelming. He arranged for a rental car for me, and set up the rental to bill to his company at first because I hadn't even set up the claim. I have now had two great experiences with the team at Valet. This time my car was repairable, and they had to go to bat for me again to use factory parts instead of aftermarket parts (like the insurance company was trying to use). I definitely got the impression that Valet was working FOR ME, and not just trying to do what is cheapest for insurance. They explained to me that they are independent, which means they don't have contracts with insurance to do things their way. They will make sure they repair the car properly, even if the insurance company writes up a cheap estimate. But it doesn't cost me anymore, because insurance has to pay to do it right. They just try to avoid it. Callie & Rene both have a lot of knowledge about how insurance works, and what my rights are as a vehicle owner. I read some of the "not recommended" reviews, and i wish more of them would be posted, so hopefully my recommendation to read the not recommended reviews will help get the word out about Valet. It's not very often you find an "auto repair" company that understands how to take care of customers. Valet Auto Body definitely gets it. read more

I've had my car back for two days and I can't find anything that wasn't done right. It was major damage, stripped to the frame and the car now looks flawless. I'm extremely happy. My accident was on December 11th on the way home from work. Hit from behind, not my fault and major damage to my almost new Camry, only 12K miles. I was numb and in shock and really cold. The officer took me home and my car was randomly towed to Valet. Dave with Valet called me and made arrangements to get me into a rental car that night! He left his family, wrapped up some Christmas shopping and had me into a Camry rental car, very much like mine by 10 PM that same night. I went to work the next morning on time and never had to miss an hour of work. What a great guy! Valet called the next day, I was put in the capable hands of Callie and she started the process of working with the other guys insurance and getting all of the needed approvals. I'm a tough customer and I'm picky. She worked with me on all my special requests and the service level was so high I stayed with Valet although I didn't really know them before the accident. I'm very glad I did. My job is super demanding. I didn't have to hassle with things during the day. Callie sent me emailed updates including current photos twice a week and when I had questions she responded by text or email, sometimes after hours and in the evenings rather than having me wait. I highly recommend Valet. I would absolutely choose them again. Trace is the owner. Even he took and interest in my project and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend this shop! My corolla needed to be repaired due to a collision that was 100 % the other drivers fault. Already this puts me in a bad mood. BUT, the tow driver offered to drive me to this place knowing how fast and great they were to work and he was right. I'm every grateful he recommended Valet Auto Body shop. First off, they have an incredibly friendly staff, everyone greeted me when I had been towed there, and after my car was repaired upon picking it up everyone that walks by you says hello! I was quickly put into a rental car that they provided and all the paperwork from the accident was taken care of for me. I was called frequently given updates by Callie as to the extent of the damage and how long parts and repair would take, I didn' t have to follow up on anything because the their staff took care of EVERYTHING for me. And when I got my car back, i was impressed by not only the repairs but how cleaned up my car was on top of being repaired. Being in a car accident is never fun and a pain especially when it's not your fault. But the process was made alot easier and I felt less inconvenienced from the whole thing by how well I was taken care of by this company. They will take great care of you! read more

Wow, five stars is not enough for Valet! My wife and I were SO IMPRESSED! We got bids at 3 different auto body shops, and even before the estimates came back we were sold on Valet. One of their guys even took 10 minutes to fix a minor issue (not related to our recent crash) for free while he was doing the initial inspection. And then we were pleasantly surprised to see that their estimate was also much cheaper than the competition, too. (Even though they weren't on our insurance provider's "preferred" list.) Win-win! And they proactively explained how we could save money with our insurance company and car rental and made that process really easy. Finally, they just did everything they said they would do... and more! Every single person we interacted with was so attentive, professional and helpful in ways that were above and beyond what we expected. Valet Auto Body is by far the very best Auto Body Shop around!! They have been so professional. They are seriously the best at what they do. I do not write reviews but in this case I had too. I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra that is my BABY! They took care of me and my truck the minute I walked through their door. They understand how much that vehicle means to me and that meant the world to me. The front end was wrecked and they made it look brand new. I came into Value Auto Body seeking an estimate on some damages to my new Audi, and left with a little more faith in humanity in general. I was instantly greeted by Trace himself and was given a tour of the entire shop while Rene did a quick but thorough estimate. They were ready for me a few days later and got the job done very quickly considering the difficulty of the job and the parts needed. I was placed in a beautiful loner car. Their paint processes are beyond professional quality and they truly stand out from other body shops in their dedication and pride in their quality work. I was involved in 2 car accidents within a 2 month spand. (neither of which were my fault) :) Valet autobody was there to take care of me from the second i contacted them until the second i returned for my car. I took my car in without having scheduled an appointment on a saturday and i was very well taken care of. Within 30 minutes they had taken my information, told me when my car would be done and sent me on my way with a rental car. While my car was under repair i was contacted frequently about the progress of my car and they would call just to make sure things were going well with the rental. I was very impressed. My wife's car needed some minor repair from hitting some debris on the road and Valet Auto Body went way beyond my expectations of a good repair. My car was pretty much totaled so the tow driver recommended I take it right to Valet for the most thorough, safe, and accurate repair. I was referred to Trace at Valet Auto Body by a long time friend when my Nissan Maxima needed a new front bumper and some paint work. Dave Seljestad at Valet Auto Body is the King of customer service. My mother, Lucy McClure had some minor cosmetic scrapes and dings but keeps her car in immaculate condition, so the dings and scrapes had to go. I too, have similar issues. Dave came to the house, we had both cars there. He looked them over, had quotes done the same day. He picked up my mom's car, brought her a loaner and when her Lincoln came back, you couldn't see there was ever an issue. I've had this shop work on three different vehicles of mine. Just last week I dropped off my truck for a small repair to the back bumper. They wrapped it up in just a few days and the repair was perfect! And on top of that, they buffed out a long scratch I showed them on my door for no extra charge. And as another bonus, there was a small scratch on my tail light that they must have fixed as well because it's no longer there. Our interaction started with an email. I was emailing other companies at the same time for a quote and what might be entailed with getting my van fixed. Valet was very professional and was willing to give accurate information without the standard reply "you will need to bring it in". When I did take it in I felt they were trying to get me the best and least expensive option. When the work was actually completed. Not only in half the time promised but $26. less than the quote.
