I had a fender bender, the headache of trying to figure out how to juggle the repair was greater than the actual cost. I called Valet and they arranged for a rental car, and fixed my car and returned it fully detailed. I felt like I was getting a new car. Also during the repair they called me to say that my insurance wanted them to use refurbished parts but they insisted that they use Honda parts so my car could retain its value. Here is the kicker, it didn't cost me a dime over my deductible. I'd give these guys six stars if I could. read more

I would not recommend Valet Auto Body!! I was extremely disappointed after seeing the great reviews they had. I went to pick up my car and discovered that the clip on my console between the seats had been broken off. I showed them and they basically just shrugged it off. Absolutely Fantastic! We have had two cars repaired at Valet Auto Body (formerly McNeils Auto Body, still the same owner, Tracy). Both times the car was wrecked pretty badly. They did such a fantastic job that my friends who are mechanics, couldn't even tell that it had been in a wreck, which is saying a lot. They helped us deal with the insurance companies, in fact so much, that we hardly had to talk to the insurance at all. They went to battle for us to make sure we got original/newer parts for us. They were truly concerned about us as a person, regardless of who's fault it was in the accident. They helped us get a very affordable rental car during the mean time. Their work was quick and the staff was extremely friendly. Since the two accidents, we have started to take our other cars to them for our general auto repairs as well. I trust them, am not afraid that I am getting worked over, and their prices (for out of pocket repairs) were very competitive. I had an issue with my bumper to deal with today, the bottom splash guard thing was hanging loose underneath it. The dealership told me I needed a new bumper which was ridiculous, so I found Valet here on yelp. they fixed it, on the spot, for just 20 bucks!!! They even helped load and unload my kids from the car!! They gave my kids candy and happily sent us on our way. It was so nice and such a huge load off my shoulders. Customer service indeed. I found Valet Auto Body on Google Plus -- with 50+ excellent reviews. But, obviously, I am more of a Yelp devotee, and had to check out what my fellow Yelpers had to say before taking my Hyundai in... Not quite the 50+ reviews like Google Plus had, but still all 5-star ratings. I dinged my front bumper on a curb Sunday afternoon, and called Valet Monday morning. The woman who answered the phone was chipper and told me to bring it down for an estimate; no appointment needed. Upon arrival, the front desk offered me a bottle of water and a seat while Trace and his partner inspected the damage. They quoted me a price lower than I was expecting to pay (although it did go up a bit upon evaluation of some under-the-bumper damage), and said that they could have it done on Wednesday. The estimate process was quick and pain-free, and Trace even offered me a loner car free of charge. Returning to pick up my car on Wednesday, you could say I was less than thrilled with the results. Actually, when Trace came out to meet me, he could see it in my expression... After reading all of those Google reviews, I was expecting perfection. What I initially saw was paint that was close, but didn't exactly match the pearly finish of the rest of the car, and a bumper that was misaligned. This is where their 5-star customer services shined: First, they admitted to it not lining up and immediately brought someone out to adjust the bumper until it was sitting flush with the front fender and hood. Second (and where I was really impressed), Trace walked me through step-by-step of the painting process. From actually removing the bumper (rather than masking-off an area) to have it painted, to showing me the spray-booth and the rolls of paint sample cards that they have to choose from, and the actual water-based paint that Valet uses (apparently it's higher quality). The work and materials have a guarantee for the lifetime of the vehicle and Trace reassured me that if I still wasn't completely satisfied, I could bring my car back to have it repainted... Well, it's been 4 days and, despite me pointing it out to everyone, no one has been able to discern the difference in the paint. Trace and his professional team stand behind their work, and they do a good job, but where they truly excel is in their service. With how finicky I was, they could have quickly taken my money and written me off. But for Trace to take the extra time to answer all of my questions and explain the process to me, he truly earned my 5-stars. read more

I hate to admit it, but Valet Auto Body has fixed up about six of our cars over the past few years (teenagers!). They are unlike any other auto body shop I have ever seen or experienced in my life. They're very professional, very helpful, and very kind. To top it all off they do the best bodywork I have ever seen. If you want something done right and top notch this is the place to go. I don't know if I'll be going here again. They had our car finished in good time, but I was less than thrilled with the quality. We had to replace the entire side of our car, and after they fixed it it didn't match the other side, despite telling us they'd replace it with parts from the manufacturer. Not only did it not match, but the seal on the door wasn't done correctly and rain leaked through heavily. We brought it back to have them fix it (lifetime warranty) and they fixed the seal, but in the process damaged the inside handle. Now it sticks every time you try and open the door. I would take it back, but this place isn't very close to us and it's frustrating to take it back again just to find out something else went wrong. I wrecked my Toyota Camry and since I rely on my car for work it seemed like the world was over. I read the reviews on these guys and so I decided to take a chance. Now after my experience with them I can easily say this was by far the best autobody or automotive experience I have ever had. Their service is attentive, proactive, and super friendly. They do quality work and keep you up to date on repairs religiously. My Toyota looks and runs just like new. If I could give them six stars I would. Great work! My truck looks brand new! The whole staff was awesome! We don't drive our Chevy very much and we had it in our garage for a couple months after they fixed it and we realized something was leaking in the engine after we got it back from Valet Auto Body. They was our only concern but when we called them and they said to bring it down when we had a chance, no rush! They are taking care of everything! Way to get it taken care of! After doing some research and reading some great reviews I decided to take my Vehicle into Valet Auto body. I immediately knew I made the right decision after my first interaction was nothing but great, but I had no idea what an amazing business I had just walked into. The accident I was in shook me up real bad and altered my life forever, and the vehicle was a hard reminder. I called the shop one morning to give them some information on the vehicle I had just dropped off and one of the owners, Niccole, answered the phone. After speaking with Niccole and explaining a little of my situation she told me that her and her husband Trace owned the shop and they would be willing to buy the vehicle before it was fixed so I could work on moving on to brighter days in my life. These two brought a full grown man to tears, I couldn't believe what she was saying to me. Oh....my...god this is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever had!!! They treated me so horribly. My insurance company was trying to get me to use these guys and they gave me a rental that was 20 years old. Then they wouldn't work with me when I was having issues with the tow yard. They were going to tow their 20 year old vehicle because "the owners" wanted it back. I'm not sure who "the owners" are but they must've borrowed their 16 yr old sisters car. Not sure who has better better customer service. Them or Comcast? What a freaking nightmare in an already stressful time. If you like being in an abusive relationship go to this place. read more

They were awesome to work with. I had gotten fed up with my headlamps being so cloudy on my 11-year-old Honda civic so I purchased new ones but I didn't want to take the chance to start tearing into the project and needing some tool or expertise that I don't have, especially after watching it on YouTube. I called them up and they said they could do it, I took the car and I had it done in less than an hour, and they even had fun with the lights that I purchased to replace my previous highbeams because they had separate colors and even flashed like emergency lights if you hit the high beams three times, which they got a kick out of. I like them well enough that I actually referred my wife to them to help out with an interior problem she's having with her car. Definitely would go to them. I've been to Valet twice now and I am very impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I trust them enough to literally hand over my keys and walk away into my rental that is arranged to arrive when I do. I don't need to ask any excessive questions like I would somewhere I wasn't so sure of or get over involved with insurance because they take care of it all. Shane has always been very involved in the work on my car and he is just a superb person -- very kind and patient. He is clearly experienced and knowledgable, covering every detail and making calls to update me regularly. The shop is also connected with the best sub-contractors in the area like windshield and muffler services. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and family...there is absolutely no going wrong with them! Additionally, I had quite a unique situation picking up my car when it was finished this last time. I rolled up in a 16ft moving truck with a trailer on the back of it not knowing how I would get the car onto the trailer by myself. I mentioned this before I arrived and Shane was there with a technician friend (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name right now) ready to help me! They loaded the car so securely and offered me some tips before my big haul to Oregon...all for no extra fees and all knowing that I probably wouldn't be back since I was moving. I had a dent in my door and took my car in for the repair. I was expecting they'd have to sand it down, put in some bondo, and then sand and re-paint. I was delighted when they said it was no big deal and they just pop out the dent. I left the car with them for a few days and was thrilled with their work--they popped out the dent and no matter how hard I looked I could not tell where they did the repair. The work was flawless! Where do I even start! Valet Auto Body was the most amazing experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. I would give 10 stars if I could. Granted I don't have a lot of experience, but I slipped off the road several years ago and had a terrible experience with Cascade (who didn't even fix my bumper but I still paid the deductible). This time it was not my fault and they helped me to not be taken advantage of by he insurance companies (who fought everything during the whole process). They dealt with them the whole time and kept me in the loop. I have a 2016 Tacoma and the insurance wanted to use after market replacements. Valet made sure I got good parts and it wasn't just a cosmetic fix. They heard I was paying for my rental car insurance and called to get it adjusted. Every time I got flack from the other guys insurance they would call and push back so I didn't have to deal with it. I will ONLY ever take my car to Valet in the future.
