The lady says we don't do refills here. $3.27 for my soda! Usually it's $.99…read more At least I could use the restroom, unlike the Millbrae ARCO!

Would give zero stars if I could. To the woman (taller woman than the first cashier, estimate in…read moreher late 40s, and black hair); you need to learn manners when dealing with customers and not tell them to F*** off when they say they will go elsewhere. You have aggressive bully-like mannerisms. In case you don't remember me, I am the customer who went to gas pump #4 on 6/25/2024 around 1030 AM. The gas pump showed "pay inside" on the screen. I went inside and paid the 1st female cashier (limited English who couldn't communicate well with me), and I paid with my debit card; thank God I received a receipt when I asked for one. I went out to pump my $80 worth of gas to see that the screen would not clear from showing "pay inside" and no gas was pumping. My first trip into the cashier was to ask for assistance, which I DID NOT RECEIVE. I had to go back to the gas pump, try again, to no avail. I re-entered the store to have the first cashier point to a receipt that stated $0. I informed her that I had already paid $80, showed my receipt, and conveyed that I did not receive any gas. She later went to get you out of the back of the store and you immediately were in "fighting mode" when you came up to me. You "greeted" me by saying "what's the problem?" Some advice for improved customer service; Try saying, "hello, how can I help you" the next time. You refused to assist me or to see what was wrong with the pump. After receiving NO assistance or resolution to the issue, I stated I would go elsewhere and turned to walk out, you shouted "F*** you!" at the top of your lungs. I am sure it is on video if your supervisor or store owner would like to watch the interaction. Your store/gas station will NEVER receive my business again and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends, with social media, and anyone I can. Read your other reviews on YELP, as these are consistent with my experience today. As a result of this, I now have to have my debit card credited back the "pre-authorization" so it does not remain deducted from my balance for a week. YOU need a class in customer service or maybe consider a job where you don't have to interact with the public.
