They have a decent assortment of typical gas station food and coffee. The staff generally seem pretty cold and down in the dumps, although I'm not sure why. You don't get a friendly feeling when you walk into this store. If I'm in the area, I generally use this gas station for the cheap fuel prices but not for the store.

I have eaten at that subway a few times on the way back from trips and they do do a good job for a subway. The price over the phone was cheaper than what was quoted on the Budget website. So I quickly signed up instead of calling my insurance company and getting a new policy. It was still expensive, but less hassle. Customer service: they were welcoming, but not super friendly. We were out of there in no time since I did all the paperwork online and just needed to do some last minute signing. The facility and bathroom was super clean. Truck: The truck was beyond gross. There was soda stains all over the seats. There was mud on the dash. I did a quick cleaning in the parking lot because it was that gross. Then when I arrived to where I was loading, i grabbed a bunch of cleaning materials and did a deep clean of the interior. The loading area was super gross too full of dirt and mud. Had to grab a broom to sweep it out and if I had time to do a full scrub, I would have. The truck tires in the front were really worn. The truck did not have cruise control for those that want that. If you need packing material, you can buy it here. I am not sure of the price, since I had my own. Magyar you need to clean your trucks to match the cleanliness of your facility. If the truck was as clean and neat as the service center, I would say 5 stars.

I pull into the third bay and see it has an insert coins slot so I got some loose quarters I had in my cup holder I needed to get rid of just to see that every single slot is blocked off. I swipe my card instead, $3 start up fee whatever, just to find out the hose doesn't even work or switch to the other settings, the high pressure rinse which it was stuck on was at most misting onto my car. So i thought to test my luck with the second bay, the dial to switch between settings worked on this one but when I switch to the high pressure rinse to get the soap off my car i notice the hose is leaking soap so anytime I get close to my car to rinse off the preexisting soap new soap is dripping onto my car. The first time I went there, the place was closed because somebody was away on vacation! I thought that was a great thing because everybody needs to get away and enjoy life with your family, but the fact that the whole business was shut down due to one person was my first sign that I should've gone elsewhere. I figured it was a smaller business and I wanted to support. The next week, I went back and it was open and I signed up. The next week I went back for a car wash and I pulled up and beeped my horn (as per directions) for so long over and over that I actually thought the place was closed. After waiting a total of seven minutes with the gate up, a short man came running through the wash area to help me. It was obvious to a duck, that he was working all by himself so I said nothing. The next time I went, I called myself going first thing in the morning, straight from work in Brooklyn. When I got there, the gate was open and the man came out very quickly, but told me that I had to wait a few minutes because the machinery was not working. I showed him my subscription sticker and he asked me to wait a few minutes. I was extremely tired first of all from working two tours in Brooklyn and then the drive up to my home, but I waited and after about four additional minutes, he got the machinery to work. The last time I went there it was raining in the morning, but the rain stopped before 9:30 AM., At 11:47 AM the sun was out and I went out and decided I would stop and get a car wash before I do my errands and the gate was down!! Meaning, they weren't doing car washes. I guess they considered it inclement weather that day, even though the rain stopped hours ago, and the forecast did not call for any additional rain for the whole day. As I was driving around back to the car wash area, I saw two trucks pulling out, which should've given me a hint, but I was hopeful and went to the back anyway. The gate was down I honked the horn a couple of times, and then I backed up and left. I'm canceling my subscription. I just can't play the guessing game every time I want my car washed. I need to go somewhere where I know for a fact I can get serviced. Aside from the car wash, they have an office attached to it at the front of the place. I went there to have my car inspected for the sticker on the front window and the man and younger female at the desk when you walk in the office told me it would be hours and hours of a wait. The female went on to say I would have to leave the car there if I wanted, but the man said I could wait but it would be hours. I asked them both if there was another place in the area that I could go get an inspection done. The place across the street recommended Dolson because the place I initially went to had a machine that wasn't working. In any event, that man and woman looked me in my face and told me there was no other place in the area, meanwhile.. I went right down the road on the right hand side diagonal from Rita's to a place called Middletown Auto Repair and Service and dealt with a man named Christopher or Chris He was a doll. While I know everybody is in business to make money, I don't think it's right to be so greedy and not give an honest answer when asked if there is someplace else a person can go to especially if you are too busy to service them.
