So I discreetly asked if there was actually butter on this one he said yes, but they have a measured amount. The store supervisor, Stephen, completely ignored us. He wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge either of us, despite there being no line when we first arrived. What's even more frustrating is that I had just watched him make a milkshake for another customer, so it wasn't as if he couldn't work the ice cream counter. Even after a line started to form, he still refused to help. Eventually, another employee came out from the back to assist us, but the experience didn't improve. She forgot my ice cream order, got confused between my order and my dad's, and seemed completely unprepared to handle such a simple request. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. We spent over half an hour waiting for ONE SCOOP OF ice cream while being ignored by the store supervisor. Customer service like this is disappointing and makes me think twice about returning. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.

This is a newer model of the Cumberland Farms chain. This store was recently built after the older…read morestyle Cumberland Farms was tore down to make room for this new one. The new store is at least 3x larger than the older one. As such, it features an updated and modern design, the parking lot is larger, and there are many more gas pumps. There is an abundance of parking on the front and side of the building, with doors on both sides and entrances on both the 17K and Rock Cut Road sides of the parking lot. This is much more efficient than the old store. The inventory is wide-ranged. There are a few shelves with perishable foods and miscellaneous items, but much of the store contains fresh food -- hot or cold. There is a variety of a little bit of everything. Staff are friendly and plenty. I stopped in just before midnight on a weeknight and there were 4 employees working. Two were stocking the shelves, one was cleaning, and the other was a cashier (who was also cleaning). Staff were extremely friendly and 2 employees went out of their ways to advise me that uniformed personnel (military, law enforcement, etc.) always get coffee for free. A few customers came in and out, but the amount of staff on hand was easily able to keep up with the flow, plus there were still enough employees to get the other jobs done (stocking, cleaning, etc.). For a gas station / convenience store, this is impressive. I hope it lasts.

I don't like to buy gas at Gulf convenience stores for my car. But after my brother has been buying…read morehis gas here often, I decided I needed to try it out. So when I got a trip that came to Abeel St Kingston (nearby) just the other day and saw my gas gauge, I knew it was time! I've been planning to get gas and write a review from a nearby store, when I came in, but chose this place that day anyway. The entrance to this store is a bit thin. To veer into the place, there was a car coming out. I ended up clipping the curb with my front tire. Then with my gas on my passenger side, I pulled up to the spot near the door making the entry easy. There was a car directly in front of me (who later backed up to pull out), and so there I stopped - close to the pump. I thought my decision was right. The pumps had no problems with my GasBuddy card - and I seamlessly took care of the pay-at-the-pump transaction. I inserted the card and typed my Driver ID (like a PIN), pumped and was able to take care of the transaction. However, just as I was about to exit, some weirdo decided to pull up so far into the pumping area that I thought they were about to hit me. My first thought was to move backward, but when I realized there's almost no space backing up, (with another car being possible there), I knew I had to veer someway around them after giving them a loud and long horn-beep. I moved around them easily, until the end. I heard a loud "crunch" (nothing happened to either car) and I noticed he continued to pull through and out. I don't think I'll be coming here again. I know I had come here in the past without problems, but now I've shed a different light on this place. This annoying other a**whole really changed my perspective on how this place is seen in my eyes. Please give us a little more space to move around your location.
