Oh my goodness this place is so cute! Upon walking in it looks so cute and cozy in there! There's…read moresome seating where you can enjoy your ice cream if you don't want to take it to go. There's also a mantle with the cutest photo of a doggy on there. You then proceed to the further back room and that's where all the delicious ice cream is! There are sooo many flavors to choose from! The young man assisting us was so super sweet and very patient with us while we decided on what we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable about their special types of ice cream floats, and also very honest. We ordered banana cream, pistachio, Guatemalan, coconut, and s'mores flavors. WOW. They were ALL fantastic. I live about half hour from this place but I will definitely be making my way over there more often! There is street parking, but I can see it getting super busy during the day or during the warmer months, especially since it's on a Main Street with other restaurants. I definitely recommend trying this ice cream shop! We absolutely loved it! I moved to the Hudson valley 3 years ago and this place is BY FARRRR my new favorite ice cream shop!!

I ended up at Bellvale Farms Creamery after accidentally crashing my friend's bachelorette weekend,…read morewhich honestly feels very on brand for me. I had never been here before, so I went in completely blind, but the second I got out of the car, I understood why people come here. First of all: parking on BOTH sides of the street. Say less. Nothing ruins a cute little ice cream trip faster than circling for parking while your will to live slowly leaves your body. Then there's the smell. The scent wafting through the air should honestly be studied because it had me floating toward the building like a cartoon character following a pie cooling on a windowsill. I'm not saying the aroma dragged me in against my will...but I'm also not *not* saying that. Inside, the shop is set up in an "L" shape, and they have the flavors posted both outside AND inside, which I deeply appreciated because nobody needs the chaos of 14 people trying to read one tiny menu while pretending they're ready to order. They let you sample flavors before committing, which is dangerous for someone like me because suddenly I become an ice cream sommelier. I ended up getting Bellvale Bog and Calf Trax and let me tell you: absolutely worth it. 10/10. No notes. And somehow it gets even better once you walk back outside because there are picnic tables with a view that is genuinely stunning. Like, annoyingly picturesque. The kind of view that makes you stop mid-bite and rethink your life choices. For a completely spontaneous stop, this ended up being one of the highlights of the day. I will absolutely be back, and this time intentionally.

I always try to stop here when I'm in Warwick in season. I think my presence has the uncanny…read moreability to call the rain regardless of forecasts. I love that. As everyone runs inside or to their cars, I tend to relish the solitude the showers bring with a delicious cone and a beautiful view. If I lived closer, I would schedule visits on rainy days. I never get the same order twice, but I haven't had anything bad yet. It is a lot of ice cream. I try to go on an empty stomach. The lines can get crazy. Although parking can look like a doozy on busy days, surprisingly people drive as if they have sense once up there. I haven't worried about myself or my car getting hit, which was my concern when I first started visiting and saw what looked like chaos in the parking lot and along the roadway. Service is either normal or exceptional. I've never experienced anything bad nor heard complaints from other customers.
