I have been going to Pete's Convenience Plus at least 2x a week since it opened in 2009. I have known Pete for over 15 years as well from when he only worked with his wife at the gas station across the street from this location. Overall, this is a really great "convenient" location... it has most of what you would need in a pinch. It also has a lot of great hot and cold food options.... Boar's Head only here... which is a standard that all delis in the areas should adhere to (if you want my honest opinion). My only rag on this place is the lack of consistency... over the years, there has been a huge lack of consistency in the chef that at the griddle. There has been a lovely lady who is there most of the days I go since mid-2013 [after Debbie left - we still miss her!!!], who always makes my egg white and cheese just right. Unfortunately, other less experienced cooks have burned my eggs, have gotten egg shells in my egg whites, and other annoying atrocities. The main owner is a fantastic cook... Pete makes a mean Reuben (the best!) and an excellent bacon, egg white and cheese wrap [ the cheese melts so wonderfully]. Chris, the main counter guy, is also as nice as can be. But since I go here for food, and the cooking isn't consistent enough to really conveniently rely on it (although it still is good the vast majority of the time), he gets 4 out of 5 stars :) read more

Pete's is the best deli in the area. They have the coffee I like J B Marshall. Their chicken parm sandwich is one of the best I've ever had.

I'm really tired of them advertising hours and not sticking to it. Went there tonight for cold cuts and milk at 7:30. Closed!! At least change your hours on the website! This matters to people! From now on going to a different deli that's open until 10:00. And they really are! read more

We were shopping and hungry. I wanted a sandwich and Mom said this place had sandwiches. I was at first skeptical but when I went in and ordered we got 3 turkey sandwiches on very fresh bread with so much meat we had to only eat half and save the rest for the next day. The price was very good, more than reasonable. Very good sandwich I am so glad we stopped. Then that evening we tried to bbq at Mom's and we ran out of propane, again she said that Pete's has propane - went right over and exchanged the tank. Perfect place and convenient. read more
