I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).

Wagner's was great. They were quick to meet me when I pulled up to the service area. I really didn't get a chance to settle in to work while in their lobby before they were calling my name. They offer a no appointment "basic service" option where if you are just getting simple oil and filter changes and tire rotations...you don't need an appointment and man...they are busy. While I was sitting there it was a constant stream of cars coming in for service. We will keep bringing our Subaru here as long as things continue to go well. I have a '22 Forester so I wasn't surprised that nothing was found...but as my car ages...if I feel the pressure of "all these repairs to keep my car functional" I will not be impressed.

He called the police because I "wrecked his car".. filed a report and wanted my ins information because he couldnt take money from me... Turns around 2 weeks later to go through me. At the time of the incident he said it would probably cost $100.00... when it was all said and done.. I had to pay him $200.00 just to get him to leave me alone then he had the nerve to tell me he SAVED me $200.00. You do the math... and think twice about dealing with him.. BUT if you do, NEVER be honest with this place, because they wont be with you.

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone location in Fairborn, Ohio. I needed a tire replaced…read moredue to two holes, and thankfully my prorated warranty made the replacement less than half the original price--such a relief. I also needed a new battery, and the pricing for that was very reasonable as well. What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. The replacement tire was located at another Firestone, and instead of making me wait a couple of hours for delivery, the store manager, Wilson, actually drove to the other location himself to pick it up so I could get back on the road sooner. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. Another employee I had contact with, Karl, was outstanding, too. Appointments are always easy to make, prices are fair, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I've been coming to this Firestone location for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
