We proceeded inside to talk with her more in detail and talk about professional, no pressure, no running off to talk to a manager, or other nonsense a person usually goes through to look at cars- she was outstanding all the way through the process- The reason she has a Mark of Excellence Award. She went over and beyond, stayed with us long after her work day was to end, made sure we were all good, and sent us home in our new car!!! He wasn't there the next day when we went back to finalize the deal and we got a schmuck. Didn't matter at that point Brandon had everything taken care of. The paperwork side of the sale was a little rockey. My wife went in to sign the paperwork the next day, but when she did the finance department included warranties on invoice we didn't agree upon. It was straightened out though. Service depart is phenominal. They go out of they way to take care of you. They have been our sole service center for this vehicle and our other 2 vehicles. The service department manager Tim knows my wife by name and greats her great, and has always taken time to make sure her vehicle is taken care of. Prices in the service department are very reasonable too. But we decided to trade it in, we decided to try to keep our loyalty to a local dealer. We were very close to a deal, sales person Valerie was great. The manager got involved and tried to negotiate with us with instead of us dealing with our sales person. That pretty much ended any considerations we had for this vehicle right then and there. He minimized our trade in so bad, to the point he was going to have to do us a favor by taking it. Needless to say, had he not been involved we would have accepted the offer but I refuse to feel cheap about a deal. We drove an hour and a half to Deleware and bought the same vehicle for basically the same terms but we were accepted gladly. Prices are good and they generally won't come down much if at all from advertised sale prices. Staff is friendly, service department is extraordinary.

I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).

I really didn't get a chance to settle in to work while in their lobby before they were calling my name. They offer a no appointment "basic service" option where if you are just getting simple oil and filter changes and tire rotations...you don't need an appointment and man...they are busy. While I was sitting there it was a constant stream of cars coming in for service. We will keep bringing our Subaru here as long as things continue to go well. I have a '22 Forester so I wasn't surprised that nothing was found...but as my car ages...if I feel the pressure of "all these repairs to keep my car functional" I will not be impressed.
