Damaged part from inside the door

Reader be warned! Check all the other reviews before you bring your car here for a service. I brought my 2012 328i here for a standard oil change last Friday (day before July 4th). My car is in great condition, btw. While my car was in their care, they broke the driver's side door and then tried charging me $1000+ for the repair. I spoke to the service manager, Robert, who stated "it's an old car, old parts break." He was rude and condescending. At least two people got into and out of my car after I dropped it off in order to drive it to the service bay for the oil change. The door was fine and in working order when they did that. Car doors don't just break unless someone is careless with them. After speaking with my service advisor and Robert, he finally agreed to give me the part for the door at cost and cover the labor. But they wouldn't repair it for free. How is it my financial responsibility for something that broke in their care? Upon picking my car up yesterday, there was MORE damage to the arm rest. I spoke to Robert again and he stated: "sometimes perfumes, lotions and oils rub away the gummy part of the arm rest." As if I don't know the condition of my car when I drive it almost every day. When looking at the arm rest, you can clearly see that it was damaged with tools. He examined the doors of my car and finally (reluctantly) consented and admitted the damage was the fault of their technician. He also stated that this would have been done when they repaired the part that was damaged (probably by the same technician). He said he would order the arm rest for me. However, they let me know it's (conveniently) back ordered and not available. So I'm out $311 and stuck with a damaged arm rest, when I only planned on getting an oil change. Whatever you do - don't bring your car here! You'll end up with major repairs after you do.

Love Valencia BMW! Gene (my down to earth, give me no BS on the price) sales guy. Also Dave the BMW tech guy! Had a difficulty syncing my new phone to my car I bought in September. A wonderful salesman tried to help me out and we did pretty good until I got out of the parking lot. I had to come back and Gene (my original sales guy) came back to help me out. We called Dave, the B BMW, tech guy and got my phone synced up. I know it is not difficult for some people to do this but for me it was. I absolutely love the service that I have at Valencia BMW. I'm driving a 400 series. Beautiful sapphire, blue convertible thanks to Gene and all of the BMW crew.

I was initially treated well by the employees here. went in with interest in this blue Audi, one of the only Audis on the lot. I test drove it, etc - and everything went smoothly. I didn't purchase it that day but was told that they'd just put it on the lot that day and I was the first to come and see it -- I know this to be true because I'd been watching it like a hawk and calling the dealership on stays updates of when they would have it all detailed and have maintenance done for showings. I went home to ponder on it and look at numbers but I was in contact with the salesmen GABE for 72 hours we'd been texting back and forth about different things regarding the car/payment etc. I then all of the sudden didn't hear from him. I was reaching out to him non stop because like I said I wanted this car and I understood the possible chance of competition! I finally stopped contacting him directly and decided to contact the delearship because I at that point was ready to purchase. The first thing the manager says was "oh that Audi sold like 2 days ago" whaaaaaaat!!!! I'd been literally texting the salesman regarding it during his sale and he ghosted me and had no regard to tell me"hey there's another buyer in the market or hey the car is maybe going to sell soon." The audacity to continue to text me as if he hadn't sold the car already was mindblowing!!!! I'm so appalled by their behavior and lack of effort to make things right on this. Sales person was pretty young - after that incident I was like oh he's just plying around at these peoples place of business, what a lack of prefessionalism. I was appalled and extremely upset. Well I will plug and shoutout CARBEECO IN COSTA MESA - yes a hike. Butttttt they're so professional! Knowledgeable staff, not pushy! Gorgeous showroom and I got my dream grey, red interior Audi s5 there. I really encourage you to go there if you're still looking.

Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Avoid Mazda of Valencia at all costs…read more I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on 7/26 after multiple calls and texts with Romero regarding a Mazda CX-50 Preferred. Romero presented himself as though he were handling the sale, but upon arrival, I learned his role was apparently to call prospective customers, quote preliminary deals, and entice them into the dealership. I drove from Los Angeles after confirming the pricing. Once there, the numbers were materially different, and the two vehicles I was told would be washed and ready were both dirty. We were also passed among several employees and repeatedly had to explain what had already been discussed. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. Around 2:30 p.m., General Sales Manager JT Taylor, also known as John, entered the conversation with what he called the final offer. I showed him my text exchanges with Romero, and JT pulled out his phone and photographed my screen to capture the messages. Despite seeing what had been represented, he returned with numbers that were nowhere close. At that point, I understood that no deal would be reached and was prepared to leave. I calmly stated that this was the classic dealership experience I intentionally avoid, which is why I used brokers for my last three vehicle leases. I specifically explained that my frustration was with the overall experience and was not directed at JT personally. Nevertheless, he became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to de-escalate despite my repeatedly asking and gesturing for him to calm down. He then announced that he was "ex-military" and that he "doesn't get down like this." I am still unsure whether that was intended to address the pricing discrepancy, intimidate me, or demonstrate a very large ego with very little managerial judgment. Whatever the intention, it was inappropriate and remarkably unprofessional. The most absurd part came when I asked for his business card. JT repeatedly responded, "Nah, it's okay," because he believed I would leave a negative review. I requested it three times, and he only provided it after another employee intervened. For context, I have worked in financial services for nearly two decades across retail, private, and investment banking, serving clients from all walks of life. I cannot imagine refusing to provide a client with my business card because I feared negative feedback--or one of the associates I lead doing so without serious repercussions. This was not an inexperienced employee having an awkward moment. This was the General Sales Manager displaying hostility, poor judgment, and an apparent fear of accountability. A business card is not permission to leave a review, and hiding it does not prevent a customer from documenting an experience. After his repeated refusals, I recorded the interaction, including him saying, "Nah, it's okay." I also have the text exchanges, call records, and supporting documentation. Mazda Corporate has opened a formal case, and I will provide them with the full record. We also had an appointment at the neighboring Kia dealership, but two Mazda employees told us both locations were under the same ownership. After this experience, we skipped that appointment rather than risk encountering the same lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. JT Taylor, respectfully, if you are comfortable invoking your military background during a disagreement but frightened by a Yelp review, customer-facing management may be the wrong profession. Reviews are not threats; they reflect the service provided. I have leased two Mazdas over the past ten years, and this was easily my worst dealership experience. Save yourself the drive and aggravation. Professional management addresses concerns--it does not raise its voice, make intimidating remarks, and hide business cards.

Except our own order confirmation didn't arrive until three days after we placed the order -- directly contradicting what we were told. If there's a system delay on Tesla's end, customers shouldn't be the ones penalized for it. At minimum, Tesla should be upfront that promotions require ordering several days in advance, or through a live person, rather than letting the app accept an order and deposit and then quietly failing to honor the terms. Aside from this, we're happy with the vehicle itself. But this experience has made us far more cautious about ordering from Tesla when we were told it would be fine. Tesla should make this right. However, once we arrived, the numbers suddenly changed, and there were several BS reasons given as to why the original quote no longer applied. It definitely felt like the initial quote was intended to get us through the door, and then the negotiation started from there. While we were eventually able to come to an agreement, it still wasn't the deal we had originally been promised. That said, Daniel and Swan remained courteous and worked with us throughout the process, which made the experience much better than it otherwise could have been. It does not matter if you call it an "appraisal" or a "test drive." You ask first. Period. For the record, California Vehicle Code Section 10851 makes it unlawful to drive or take a vehicle not your own without the consent of the owner. Moving a vehicle even a small distance without the owner's consent qualifies as a violation. I was told you needed pictures and a VIN number, not a joyride. All I said to the sales manager was "thanks for being courteous" and he just turns around and starts dropping F bombs, telling me "I told you to move the F'ing car so move the F'ing car". I was shocked to have someone on staff taking to me like that, let alone the manager.
