    Huge shoutout to Kevin at BMW Valencia. He made my purchase experience exceptional from the very first contact. I submitted an inquiry on a 2023 BMW M4 Competition, and Kevin got back to me extremely fast. He called me right away, answered my questions and sent me a personalized video of the car showing the exterior, interior and details I wanted to see. Since I was coming all the way from Sacramento, that extra effort mattered a lot. It showed me he was serious, professional and willing to go above and beyond. Kevin knew I was looking for a specific type of car and helped me feel confident before making the drive down from Northern California. We went over the car, my trade in and the general numbers, and I decided to come down the very next day because the car was exactly what I wanted and the price was too good to pass up. When I arrived at BMW Valencia, Kevin was professional, respectful and easy to work with. He met me and my girlfriend, showed us the car again in person and walked us through everything. We went on a test drive, and he really knew the car well. He explained the features, the performance and what made the M4 Competition special. The whole experience felt exciting, personal and never pushy. Once I decided to move forward, Kevin helped make the deal happen smoothly. He got me the trade in number I was looking for, the vehicle pricing was straightforward and he helped me get a strong discount on the extended Platinum warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind on a performance car like this. Financing was also handled efficiently with favorable rates. The entire process was fast, smooth and professional. I drove home in the M4 very happy with the deal, the service and the overall experience. Kevin deserves major credit. He was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and genuinely made the experience feel premium. If you are buying from BMW Valencia, ask for Kevin. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for service and future purchases.

    Love Valencia BMW! Gene (my down to earth, give me no BS on the price) sales guy. Also Dave the BMW tech guy! Had a difficulty syncing my new phone to my car I bought in September. A wonderful salesman tried to help me out and we did pretty good until I got out of the parking lot. I had to come back and Gene (my original sales guy) came back to help me out. We called Dave, the B BMW, tech guy and got my phone synced up. I know it is not difficult for some people to do this but for me it was. I absolutely love the service that I have at Valencia BMW. I'm driving a 400 series. Beautiful sapphire, blue convertible thanks to Gene and all of the BMW crew.

    I was initially treated well by the employees here. went in with interest in this blue Audi, one of the only Audis on the lot. I test drove it, etc - and everything went smoothly. I didn't purchase it that day but was told that they'd just put it on the lot that day and I was the first to come and see it -- I know this to be true because I'd been watching it like a hawk and calling the dealership on stays updates of when they would have it all detailed and have maintenance done for showings. I went home to ponder on it and look at numbers but I was in contact with the salesmen GABE for 72 hours we'd been texting back and forth about different things regarding the car/payment etc. I then all of the sudden didn't hear from him. I was reaching out to him non stop because like I said I wanted this car and I understood the possible chance of competition! I finally stopped contacting him directly and decided to contact the delearship because I at that point was ready to purchase. The first thing the manager says was "oh that Audi sold like 2 days ago" whaaaaaaat!!!! I'd been literally texting the salesman regarding it during his sale and he ghosted me and had no regard to tell me"hey there's another buyer in the market or hey the car is maybe going to sell soon." The audacity to continue to text me as if he hadn't sold the car already was mindblowing!!!! I'm so appalled by their behavior and lack of effort to make things right on this. Sales person was pretty young - after that incident I was like oh he's just plying around at these peoples place of business, what a lack of prefessionalism. I was appalled and extremely upset. Well I will plug and shoutout CARBEECO IN COSTA MESA - yes a hike. Butttttt they're so professional! Knowledgeable staff, not pushy! Gorgeous showroom and I got my dream grey, red interior Audi s5 there. I really encourage you to go there if you're still looking.

    Came in for a recall, was told that it was going to be a three hour wait, received a text that the windshield washer and pump was broken; and if I wanted to fix it, it would be 1,000 to repair. Once I declined my car was ready under 10 mins. Once after I got back into my car to inspect everything including the windshield washer and pumper; it was not broken. Not only were they going to scam me and waste my time, that is disrespectful towards me and other customers.

    In May of 2024, I bought a 2018 M3 Comp from Valencia BMW. Overall, it was a great experience, Buck was my sales person and he was very nice and helpful. When I bought the car, there was a sticker that was left on the front bumper. I didn't think much of it at the time. About a month later, I decided I would remove that sticker. When I began peeling the sticker off, I immediately saw that the paint was gone from under. It immediately clicked, that's why there was a sticker over it. I took it back to Valencia BMW because the car was just sold to me a few weeks prior and this is a pretty crappy feeling making this type of discovery post-purchase. I spoke to Nick, the previous used car manager. He was very helpful. We came to a solution where we would get it fixed with them. I left the car there for a week and a week later it was fixed. Fast forward about 8-9 months later, I noticed that some of the paint was peeling off on the resprayed bumper. I thought to myself, wow that's pretty crazy. I mean this is a BMW dealership that fixed the paint and just after a little under a year it's already peeling? Especially because this is a high end luxury sports car, not a regular 3 series. You would think that this type of job would be taken a lot more seriously. About 3-4 months go by. Life got busy and I just didn't get the chance to go back and show them this problem until later. I finally had time to take it in the beginning of July and so I did. I spoke to Zayn, the new used car sales manager who replaced Nick. Right away, he rubbed me off the wrong way. It's ok though because I trust Valencia BMW. I'm local and my family has purchased many cars from them. We've never had an issue where they don't fail to make things right. After explaining to him that about a year ago I had this issue and Nick fixed it for me, he right away told me that he cannot do anything for me because this was a year ago. I asked nicely if he could just take a look because it's clear that this was just a bad paint job that his dealership did. He agreed and came out with me. He took a look and told me the same thing, he could not help me because it was a long time ago. He also stated that it's peeling because my car is low and it's the stress points. I showed him multiple spots that are peeling/lifting, some on the corners, in the middle, stress points or not, all around the bumper. He continued to deny it. It was clear that this was a poor paint job because you can clearly see the original paint intact under the peeling paint. He continued to hold his position and said "nope, sorry I cannot help you. Idk what you put on the paint and I can't help you". At this point I was frustrated because it's clear that Valencia BMW did a mickey mouse job for my m3 and Zayn is refusing to take responsibility. On top of that, I'm being told I may have damaged the paint myself? The rest of the car's paint is great actually, except for the front bumper they repainted. Zayn kept giving every possible explanation for the peeling except for the one that makes the most sense. Attached, you will find photos of the original paint under the "new" paint that is peeling. It's obvious that when they brought it in to get painted, it was done as a quick fix. The underneath layer doesn't look sanded or prep'd properly. That is why it's peeling. On top of that, a normal paint job does not peel in 8-9 months. It does not bubble or lift with normal rock chips. It does not flake with stress points. Considering the work was done at a BMW dealership, this experience is disappointing. I'm shocked by how Zayn handled the situation. There was no willingness to discuss a possible solution or even warranty? I was simply told, "Nope" At this point, it's not just about repairing the vehicle; it's about the uncooperative and dismissive attitude from a manager. For someone representing a prestigious brand, I expected far better service and accountability. This situation has not only left me in disappointment but has also shaken my trust in the brand.

When I got home and ran the numbers myself, I was off from their figures by three dollars. Three. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons -- just taxes and DMV, exactly as discussed. They also buy and sell used vehicles, electric cars especially, so whether you're buying or selling it's worth giving them a call. Couldn't be happier with the experience.     BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS AT THIS DEALERSHIP…read more I drove down 5hrs from Northern California on Sunday morning to purchase a Raptor Vin 1FTFW1RG0SFC33519. I met with my sales person Tyler Mccartin, we walked over to see the truck and right away I saw the front bumper on the RH side to be misaligned. At first I didn't say anything I just kept inspecting the truck. I asked Tyler why did the previous owner trade in the truck with so little miles, he went on fabricated a lie. We walked back around to the front of the truck and I popped the hood. Once I opened the hood, I could CLEARLY see that this truck had been in a accident. All of the fender bolts had socket marks. The hood bump stops had over spray of white paint all over them and the RF fender was poorly painted. At this point I asked Tyler what happened, he quickly got defensive and referred to Carfax doesn't show any accidents. Tyler then goes to say let's see if I we can make your a deal on a new one since you drove all this way. Of course they didn't have another white Raptor with the 802A package. Tyler's manager then goes on and says, how about I knock off another 2k on this Raptor. Why would I wanted to pay close to 100k on a Raptor that has been wrecked before.? As I'm walking out and getting ready to leave one of the sales managers walks up and says, "what about if we make you a deal on the RAPTOR R since you drove down so far and we have no deals going today". For some reason I decided to wait another 5 minutes. The Manager came back with 30K THOUSAND OVER MSRP, I just laughed and left. AUTONATION FORD VALENCIA thanks for wasting my entire Sunday. I drove 10hrs round trip (almost 600 miles) and wasted over $200 of gas. AUTONATION and FORD should be ashamed to let a dealership like this represent their brands.

    I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation, and the services performed were part of a due bill…read moreagreement at the time of sale. I was specifically asked to bring my truck in early so they could "get me out quickly." I live an hour and a half away and had to take a full day off work to make this appointment, so I arranged my entire day around that promise. The work needed was straightforward -- two tires installed, an alignment, key fob programming, and rotors resurfaced. This should have been a 3-4 hour job, not an 8+ hour ordeal. Yet I didn't leave until 5:15 PM. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I was told I would be kept updated, but I wasn't. I had to repeatedly ask for updates myself, and the interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. At no point did I feel like my time -- or the fact that I drove three hours round-trip and lost a full day of work -- was being considered. Because this was work owed under a due bill from the sale, it honestly felt like once the vehicle was sold and paid for, the urgency disappeared. Whether intentional or not, that's how the experience came across. If you're going to ask customers to show up early to "speed things along," follow through. Managing expectations and respecting people's time shouldn't be optional. Very disappointing experience. But judging by other reviews no one seems to care.
