    Coolant reservoir tank missing after oil change. Juan quoted me $500-$600 for a missing coolant reservoir tank. Bunch of Bull

    I used to come here for service for the last few years. Everything was always great until May 18,2026 when I had an oil change and tire rotation done on an Acura TLX 2020. Juan Espinoza, the service advisor told me the coolant reservoir tank is completely missing. I took my car to multiple mechanics after this and they said it looks like the coolant reservoir tank was removed professionally and never put back on. AutoNation Honda is the only place that services my car. Jason, the manager look up all the service records and came to the conclusion that the coolant reservoir tank was probably stolen recently. This is unacceptable, immoral, irrational, and unethical for someone to do this. I've been a good customer here until this happened. There's no way a coolant reservoir tank magically disappears. Wouldn't make sense unless someone physically removed it. This is the only place I service my car and now I cannot trust them anymore because of this. What a shame. They were good until this happened. Now, I realized this is why dealerships get a bad reputation. Weird because they were good before but after this recent visit, the coolant reservoir tank is stolen and magically disappeared. I am shocked someone actually decided to steal such a part. The service advisor, Juan tried to quote me $600 for this missing coolant reservoir tank. Then tried to bring it down to $500 with a discount. He even said I have to order the part with the bolts too. He's horrible as a service advisor. Nobody says to order the part. The service advisor always orders the part. It's already bad enough this scum bag quoted me $500-$600 for a missing coolant reservoir part. I'm not dumb, Juan. That's bull$hit. It isn't even a repair. AutoNation Honda is refusing to take responsibility for this. Because of this, I will be going to an independent mechanic who is honest, reliable, and more fair. He only charged me $35-$40 to replace/install the coolant reservoir tank that is completely missing that AutoNation Honda most likely took. This place changed and I am no longer coming back. Very shocked by this. Now, I know why people call dealerships, stealerships. UPDATE: As of May 20,2026 I got a new coolant reservoir tank installed by an honest and reliable mechanic for only $40-$50. Never going back to AutoNation Honda after this despicable mistake/act.

    Wanted to update my review. I contacted service department and went back. The person who helped me was friendly and understanding (I forgot his name, sorry). They were able to replace the condenser, like they were supposed to the first time and showed me photos of black spots on evaporator, which supposed to indicate a leak. They did not fill up the condenser with freon for some weird, allegedly environmental, reason. So, it's impossible to know if there's a real leak in the evaporator or some tiny microscopic one. I was basically told that reason and that they can't guarantee if it's gonna work... I feel like it should be up to me. I went to a different shop and had to pay for freon... and it's been some time now and it's still cold as ice... So, I'm glad that they replaced the condenser, but why they couldn't fill it up with freon I don't know. Their excuse didn't make sense. I had to spend extra $500 somewhere else and write Honda a bad review my AC to work. I might just start going to Van Nuys or Bakersfield

    Dylan was a fantastic salesman. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our wishes and our time. He helped us find the perfect Honda for our needs. Mario was pretty amazing as well. Again, very knowledgeable, respectful of our time. He did offer us extra options and warranties, but did not push, pressure or make us feel bad for declining like others have in the past at different dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership. They gave us top dollar for our trade in as well. The process was quick, thorough, and it was a very friendly environment. Ask for Dylan and Mario!

    Fluid covering every surface they worked on

    DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE I was quoted $850 to change an axle seal on my 2024 Type R, which had zero issues before getting the steering recall taken care of at this dealership. Within 200 miles of the steering recall being completed, the car is covered on the underside of fluid coming from the transmission. Coincidence? Oh well, they then say its not covered under warranty and it will be $850. My service advisor Phil says they will clean up any oil from the underside of the car and replace the part in a couple hours. car wasn't ready till the next day (No big deal to me) but after over 24 hours in their possession, the car came back with 12 miles added to it and the underside is still covered in fluid. The part was $63 and $800 for the labor. The labor was not even completed to what the advisor stated, and I cannot even check to see if they did the service correctly or even at all since its covered in fluid still. Beware going here for any services.

    I am giving NO STARS!!! This dealership has been a nightmare first off I had a recall on my 2019 Honda biggest mistake ever to have taken it there in January my car was in perfect condition didn't have one problem what so ever! After the service was done a month later my car started having problems I took it back twice and they didn't fix my car they made it worse they told me my car had many problems that added up to almost $7,000 I was livid because they're the ones who supposedly did the fixing on the recall gave it back with problems! I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic in canyon country and they fixed evrything that had nothing to do with what they were throwing at me at HONDA AUTO NATION FOR ONLY $900!!! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! NOT EVEN TO BUY A CAR ANYMORE!! Going to TOYOTA FOR THE UPGRADE

But I want to focus on the second follow up visit to get the part installed. I had scheduled an appointment and showed up early. I had to be while-you-wait. I didn't have time that day to drop off. I'm skeptical by nature and automatically get anxious about unforeseen delays. I always make a point to be super-polite, but the team could sense my time was limited. It felt like they put in a little extra hustle and got me out of there in just under an hour, including a quick car wash. No issues, no delays, fair price. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. This dealership go above and beyond to help customers - from my buying experience back in 2022 and services and parts department. Kudos to Hello Mazda of Valencia. Absolutely unacceptable quality control for a "new" vehicle. When I pointed the damage out, the staff gave me two choices: either accept the damaged car and have it repaired at a Tesla collision center, or reorder another vehicle and wait another month or so with no loaner or accommodation. They even said I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... as if that's supposed to make delivering a damaged brand new car okay. I decided to reorder because I wasn't going to accept a repaired vehicle as "new." I was also assured the VIN would immediately be removed from my Tesla app so I wouldn't be matched with the same car again. A few hours later, I got a notification to schedule pickup for the exact same damaged vehicle. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. For a company this big and vehicles this expensive, the delivery experience and customer service should be far better.

    Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.

I went there twice for different situations but both times they let me down. Not willing to negotiate and offers ridiculously high prices. Shumon the manager is horrible on customer service and very pushy. Takes forever more than a day to give me a yay or nay on a number I want. He basically straight up told me then go somewhere else and talked down to me sarcastically. What kind of horrible customer service is that claiming they want to earn my buisness. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not go here! The salesmen are nicer but do not really push for you and cant do much. Horrible go elsewhere the reviews speak for itself.
