    I was charged $1281 in labor for my car being dropped off 3 hours 46 minutes, please see attached receipt. I came in to have my battery replaced and agreed to having various filters cleaned upon their suggestion. They finished this work quickly and I picked up my car, shocked by a $1593.71 bill for a battery + filters. Additionally I had asked if they could hid my dash cam wires. They did not do this but I went to access footage from my dash cam which I needed and they TURNED MY DASH CAM OFF. The last piece of footage is them turning it off - it's been turned off ever since, and I was unaware. It would be on but not recording, a setting they changed. I also let them know that my phone was no longer connecting to my car, and they told me they reset the electrical. They did not. Nothing was reset, all previous settings were the same and the Bluetooth still does not work. I have been going here for years, and also bought my car here and I will never be back. This was the last straw in being treated poorly. This just doesn't sit right. Three and a half hours of labor, a battery and filters = $1,593? Come on. I did go right over to the manger and asked why I was charged for more time than my car was actually there and he said multiple men were working on my car at the same time. Really? That was needed to clean filters and swap a battery? This place is a scam and I will go elsewhere.

    I got to Toyota at exactly at 8:10 AM and Logan helped me w/my oil change for my car. Dean was off today... Surprisingly, it only took them a lil bit more over ONE HOUR or less. Logan called me when my car was ready for PICK UP!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First off.... Bring your car here for service! The crew here is wonderful! They are kind and treat you with respect. Shout out to Carlos... who always makes things right... and Manny who stepped up and allowed Carlos to sleep a bit! This location is amazing....please do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here and come buy your cars here! Rafael was amazing and personable and Carlos... is a legend!     AVOID TOYOTA OF FRONTIER AT ALL COSTS If you value your safety, your money, and even a shred of respect as a customer -- DO NOT set foot in Toyota of Frontier. I have video proof showing exactly how this dealership operates: * They flat-out REFUSED my 15,000-mile scheduled maintenance -- a basic warranty service. * They REFUSED to accept my Toyota Tundra 2024 for warranty repairs despite ongoing, documented safety system malfunctions. * They REFUSED any diagnosis, even though the issues were confirmed in previous visits. * And finally, they THREW ME OUT of their property like I was trespassing -- simply because I dared to demand the service Toyota promised when I bought the truck. Let's be crystal clear: this is not "bad customer service" -- this is fraud, breach of warranty, and a blatant disregard for driver and passenger safety. Toyota of Frontier had multiple prior attempts to fix my safety issues and door panel rattling. At first, they admitted the problems. Then they started denying them. Then they simply shut the doors in my face. What's even worse -- Toyota corporate does NOTHING. They protect these scammy dealers instead of protecting the people who trusted their brand with tens of thousands of dollars. Translation: If your Toyota becomes unsafe, they will stall, deny, and push you away until you give up -- because they don't care about you. This dealership is a disgrace. Toyota, as a brand, is a disgrace. They gamble with people's lives while hiding behind their "warranty" marketing lies. The video of their refusal and kicking me off the lot is attached to this review. Watch it and decide if you want to risk your family's safety with a company like this. TOYOTA OF FRONTIER = ZERO INTEGRITY, ZERO HONOR, ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. TOYOTA AS A BRAND = SAFETY NIGHTMARE WAITING TO HAPPEN.

    I love Toyota especially Frontier because they are an honest company. I'm disappointed though in the sales person, Sebastian that took the order for my new Rav 4. It had been 3 months and my car still had not come in and I was getting really frustrated. Sebastian unbeknownst to me drove up to Anaheim and found a car like the one I ordered. It had 30 miles on it. When I ordered my car I had said that I wanted no more then 6 miles on it and he reassured me that there would be no more than 2 mikes. Now the fact that the car had 30 miles already on it meant they either had a salesman drive it back & forth to work or they had people test driving it. By the time he drove it down there was now 80 mikes on it. He said I got you a car like the one you ordered. Now it wasn't like the one I ordered because it cost me more money. Then he quickly had me walk around the car to see if there was damage. It was late afternoon and the Sun was almost down and it was in the shade. So I take the car and the next day it is in my driveway in the sun. I look down towards the bottom on the passengers side in the back because it looks like a bump. Well there were 3 bumps and you only noticed them in the sun. I took my car in and the service guy said yes they would fix it for free but it had to go through Valerie. She only works during the week. We had many many family health problems during that time and I'd forget about it until I'd see it in the sun. Valerie said it was up to Sebastian so we went in to see him. Sebastian said he checked out the entire car and there were no bumps. I told him he must have missed them because of the shade. He told me no way. I said to him that he was saying he was perfect and never made a mistake . Basically that's what he said. I told him he was calling me a liar. He said he could not authorize it. I told him I bought the film to go on the car to keep from scratches and I thought bumps. I got no where with him. I'll be buying my two daughters 2 more cars in the next 4 months but Sebastian will not be my salesperson. I might not even use the same dealership. I had them on a pedestal & now I'm so disappointed and wish I had refused to get the car with 80 miles on it. It's not as if it would be a hardship on Toyota. Here's the thing, Sebastian drove my car 80 miles and I drove it 5 miles so who was more likely to get the dents?

The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. When I pointed the damage out, the staff gave me two choices: either accept the damaged car and have it repaired at a Tesla collision center, or reorder another vehicle and wait another month or so with no loaner or accommodation. They even said I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... as if that's supposed to make delivering a damaged brand new car okay. I decided to reorder because I wasn't going to accept a repaired vehicle as "new." I was also assured the VIN would immediately be removed from my Tesla app so I wouldn't be matched with the same car again. A few hours later, I got a notification to schedule pickup for the exact same damaged vehicle. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. For a company this big and vehicles this expensive, the delivery experience and customer service should be far better.

On both sides, Mountain Motors has been a pleasure to deal with and worthy of a 5-star rating. Elsewhere within this listing, I have previously reviewed Mountain Motors on the basis of having sold two (or three?) vehicles to them, which has always been a great experience. A few weeks ago was my first time actually purchasing a vehicle through them. As I said with my review of three years ago, my selling experience was a 5-star event; now, purchasing from Mountain Motors has been a 5-star event, as well. I had reached out to Mark Parigan on behalf of my daughter, whose car was in very bad shape and with high mileage, to determine whether it was worth his time to look at it or if there would be a better solution. He was more than willing to look at it, and when he did, it was no surprise that he said either the tax benefits of a donation or even selling it to a used parts company would likely yield more money. We followed up on the parts company he recommended, and indeed, it was a better solution, but we ended up selling the car to Peddle.com for even more. Regardless, we appreciate Mark's honest appraisal and his providing contact info for the used parts company. Then, we turned to seeing what Mountain Motors had that might be a good fit for replacing my daughter's car. Setting some basic guidelines (no accidents, reliable brand, mileage less than 100,000, low cost), within ten minutes, Bob Mollet and my daughter locked in on a great choice. Feature-wise, it's a significant upgrade for my daughter and meets the parameters that I had set. [There was a second vehicle that both my daughter and I expressed interest in, but Bob was honest enough to dissuade us from that.] Negotiating a fair price was very easy, and no one blinked when my daughter said she wanted to consider it overnight before committing. The following morning, and with no last-minute surprises, we did the paperwork in 15 minutes or so and were on our way. Nearly three weeks later, both my daughter and I remain very pleased, and I've already indicated to Mark that, next summer, I expect to have my current vehicle ready for Mountain Motors to buy.

    Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.

    I spent over a week trying to purchase a used Miata here. On day one I offered a deposit to hold…read morethe car and was told I couldn't buy it yet -- it needed to be in-processed first (inspection and fluids, Tuesday through Thursday). Fine. After agreeing on price and declining all add-ons, I requested a clean quote multiple times. The salesperson kept promising it -- but the manager was the one sending quotes, and both still had add-ons included. First quote had two, second still had one. Late Thursday I was told for the first time the car had scratches and needed a body shop visit -- never mentioned during the prior days of supposed inspection. I was then asked to sign paperwork before test driving. I declined. Shortly after, I was told someone else might buy it without a test drive. This morning the car was confirmed ready. I drove an hour to the dealership. Mid-drive I got a text saying someone else got there first and it was gone. They blocked my deposit on day one using in-processing requirements, then let someone walk in and buy it while I was already driving. A week of broken timelines, add-ons that kept reappearing, and pressure tactics -- ending with an hour of driving wasted. Negligence or intentional, the result is the same.
