I have been to the Van Nuys and Burbank service stations and it's not even close. This will be my go to service station going forward. It's pretty new and huge. They had lots of loaners, including a cyber truck. All loaners come with free supercharging. On this day, I got to try the new Y. My 3 was in service for a coolant repair, which was covered by my XCare warranty. They have a coffee and tea station with a snack station. All communication was through the app. Everything went smoothly. The loaner even alerts you when your car is ready for pick up. I was able to return the loaner during after hours. Very convenient. Definitely recommend. read more

It took three calls before anyone would even escalate the issue to a manager riestrada@tesla.com. When we finally reached one, the response was dismissive: we were told the order "processes immediately," that plenty of customers who ordered at 11:50pm on the 15th got the incentive, and that in their years at Tesla they'd never seen a delayed confirmation. Except our own order confirmation didn't arrive until three days after we placed the order -- directly contradicting what we were told. If there's a system delay on Tesla's end, customers shouldn't be the ones penalized for it. At minimum, Tesla should be upfront that promotions require ordering several days in advance, or through a live person, rather than letting the app accept an order and deposit and then quietly failing to honor the terms. Aside from this, we're happy with the vehicle itself. But this experience has made us far more cautious about ordering from Tesla when we were told it would be fine. Tesla should make this right. They can see all search history in the ap, but as a consumer you cannot, they want proof that we don't have. Balls in their court. read more

This was my first time bringing my Tesla in for service, and I had an excellent experience. I came in to have the air filter replaced, windshield wipers changed, and the front camera cleaned. When I arrived at the service center, I was immediately greeted by a team member and directed to the next available advisor. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. He made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Isaac took the time to show me how to follow my service appointment in real time through the Tesla app, which I thought was such a cool and convenient feature. I loved being able to see exactly what was happening with my vehicle, when the work was in progress, and when it was completed. He also provided quotes for a few additional services, which I really appreciated. My car was in service for about an hour, and when everything was finished, Isaac came and found me personally to let me know it was ready. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Five stars to Isaac for his outstanding customer service. When I return for future service, I'll definitely be asking for him again. Thank you for making my first Tesla service experience such a positive one! read more

I came to the Tesla dealership at the Santa Clarita car mall to pick up my new car and David helped us out. He was wonderful!! He took us to our car and showed us how to start setting it up ourselves. He then came by to check on us and stayed with us for over 30 min, answering all the questions we had and helping us navigate through the touch screen process. Not only was he so sweet but he was extremely helpful and gave us a bunch of tips. Thank u David for your awesome service! :) read more

My wife and I went to test drive a Tesla at their Valencia, Ca location. We met Nada there and she was the most knowledgeable sales person. She had us drive 3 models, told us in great detail about each one. She answered all of our questions and we decided to purchase a model X at 5:30pm that day. She was so wonderful, she helped us on each decision in the purchase while everyone else in the store had gone home. I highly recommend you to come to Valencia Tesla and talk to Nada if you are interested in a Tesla. read more

Over the past few years, I've visited this Tesla Service Center many times and have worked with several different advisors. Since Amber joined the team, she has consistently stood out. She is kind, patient, reassuring, and genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. What I appreciate most is how willing she is to go the extra mile. She takes the initiative to check inventory, look into availability, follow up on questions, and make sure I have all the information I need. She never makes me feel rushed or like I'm asking too much, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and make the entire process feel easier and less stressful. Beyond the service she provides, Amber has such a warm and welcoming presence. She treats every customer who walks through the door with kindness, patience, and respect, and you can tell that it comes naturally to her. She has a way of making people feel comfortable and cared for, which makes such a difference in a service environment. Amber is truly a tremendous asset to Tesla. Her level of care, consistency, professionalism, and genuine warmth sets her apart, and she is without question the advisor I feel most comfortable and confident working with. I also want to say thank you to the entire service center for everything you have done for me as a client. Even while dealing with a difficult situation involving a vehicle that has had more issues than I ever expected, I am genuinely grateful for the time, patience, assistance, and support I have received. Situations like this can be frustrating, but having people who are willing to listen, help, and work toward solutions makes a meaningful difference. I truly appreciate everything your team has done for me, and especially the exceptional care Amber continues to provide. read more

This 5-star review is for Elizabeth Zambrano M (I don't remember her last name). Elizabeth was my service advisor--great communication throughout the whole service process, even after my service was completed. Elizabeth was very responsive to my inquiries/concerns. It was a 2-hour wait to fix the alerts on my Tesla screen. I decided to wait, and no courtesy shuttle was provided. The service lounge for customers waiting on the other hand, is a different issue. I posted photos of what the lounge looked like. I was the first customer that morning. The lounge is very basic! read more

Had an appointment , didn't like that I had to wait 7 days but that's besides the point. That's Tesla issue , not this location. I choose the earliest appointment, 8am on a Thursday. I arrived 7:35am, and was second in line. By 8am, there were many cars in line. So just to let everyone be aware, busy place! They actually opened a little late, I think 8:05 am they opened the doors. Freddy was my contact, and he was super friendly and paid attention to my concern/issue with my Tesla. I took a test drive with the lead tech to listen the noise I was hearing in the car. He also was very responsive and friendly. Once he heard it, understood and had an issue the problem. Huge difference when I am at Honda or Toyota service centers. Those places are often poor experiences. My car was fixed same day. Freddy let me know once was complete. I didn't get a loaner car, not sure if I was supposed to ask or maybe wasn't available. read more

Big shout out to Sr. Service Advisor, Elizabeth. Our Model Y was having issues on our road trip home last week and she was able to squeeze in our car and lend us a loaner vehicle to get back home until our car was fixed. All of the staff is nice and very helpful in answering questions in the showroom as well. Service is fast. Parts were delivered on Monday and our car was fixed and ready for pick up by Tuesday morning already. The waiting room is clean with some snacks and cold water. The bathrooms are unisex and clean. This was our first time here and won't be our last. read more

1-star experience with Tesla service. I've brought my car in 3 separate times, and every visit has been frustrating. - I asked them to replace a dirt/skid guard -- they left it untouched and charged me for other things I didn't request. - I was told to pick up my car with ZERO warning that the tire was completely flat. I arrived to a non-drivable vehicle. - The panel I originally asked to fix was ignored, while other panels I never requested were replaced. - After a tonneau cover realignment, they left a panel unglued and loose. - The tonneau cover still doesn't work properly, and no one addressed it or communicated anything. - I asked for a tailgate realignment -- it was never done. On top of that, communication is terrible. No updates, no photos, no follow-up unless you chase them down. I dropped my car off in working condition and picked it up worse than before. I've owned multiple vehicles from other brands and have never experienced this level of poor workmanship and lack of communication. I'm giving them one last chance to fix everything, but based on these experiences, I wouldn't recommend Tesla service. read more

Following a service appointment on February 27 for a spoiler to be put on, I discovered damage to my vehicle that was not present prior to the visit. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence. I was told the matter would be reviewed against intake photos; however, no follow-up was provided, and the case was closed without resolution. A subsequent phone call on March 19 did not result in any meaningful action or timeline for investigation. I am disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication regarding a service-related concern. read more

We have had our Tesla for 5 years now and we're looking to upgrade for a cyber truck. We had to bring our model Y for service and asked for a truck to test drive and were told none were available and you get an equivalent loan vehicle. I really dislike making things about race but the two individuals (non-Hispanic) next to us one dropping off a model 3 and the other also a model y without asking were given the cyber truck in fact the representative told them I'll give you a truck have you driven one before we we have a lot today. If you want to be profiled this is the location to go. So disappointed. This is one of those things you see and unless you experience yourself you don't believe. Fortunately I was wearing my metas. Some snip its of it for reference are here. Blurred the face because it's not the clients fault I'm sure they would have accepted any car. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with the Santa Clarita Tesla Service Center has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating -- not because the issue with my Model S was complex, but because of the complete failure of leadership and technical accountability. Let's start with the lead technician, David Duran. I brought my Model S in due to a persistent alignment issue: the car was pulling to the left and the steering wheel was off-center. Despite multiple alignment attempts -- two at Burbank and two more at Santa Clarita -- nothing was fixed. Yet, instead of investigating further, David arrogantly blamed the road conditions for the problem. I repeatedly asked him to look deeper into possible underlying causes like suspension or rim issues, and although he claimed he checked everything, I simply don't believe that. His dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge a clear defect showed not only a lack of technical competency, but also a complete lack of accountability. Now to the service manager, Amrita Patel. She was cold, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to my situation. When I escalated the matter to her, hoping for actual resolution, her response was essentially: "There's nothing I can do." She is the first service manager I've ever encountered who outright admitted powerlessness, despite multiple failed repair attempts and evidence of an ongoing unresolved issue. No warmth, no empathy, no leadership -- just robotic deflection. I even bought a brand-new OEM Tesla wheel along with four brand OEM Michelin tires from the Burbank location, based on one technician's recommendation, thinking it might solve the issue. Yet, here I am, thousands of dollars later, still with the same alignment problem, and not a single Tesla technician was willing to take ownership or resolve the problem. Tesla vehicles are amazing -- but service like this undermines the entire ownership experience. This has been by far the worst service I've ever received from any service center. Avoid Santa Clarita at all costs unless you want to waste time, money, and leave more frustrated than when you arrived. read more

I would recommned Nada for a great experience with dealerships. Gave us all the info and time we need to decide.

My experience with Tesla service was incredibly frustrating, mainly because of how difficult it is to communicate with anyone. The app-based messaging system is not adequate when you need detailed information or clear answers about your vehicle. Questions often go unanswered or receive vague responses, making it very hard to understand what is actually happening with the service. Trying to communicate by phone is nearly impossible. There is no straightforward way to reach a real person, and when you do try, it feels like the system is designed to prevent actual conversations with service staff. For a company of this size and reputation, the lack of accessible customer support is unacceptable. What makes the situation worse is that Tesla does not provide a clear feedback mechanism to file a complaint or escalate concerns. When something goes wrong, there is no obvious path to have your issue reviewed or addressed. Overall, the service experience feels impersonal and inefficient. the customer service and communication systems need serious improvement read more

We had a great experience taking delivery of our new Tesla at the Tesla dealership in Santa Clarita this past weekend. Not only did our sales advisor, David, call us the day before to make sure that everything was in order, but he went above and beyond at the time of the actual delivery. He explained everything really thoroughly, answered all our questions and checked for additional accesories. He even helped us solve a small hiccup we had with our previous Tesla. He promised he would take care of it and he did. He even called us the following day to let us know that everything had been solved. This has been the best car shopping experience we have had to far. Thank you so much, David. read more

This review is long overdue specifically for Elizabeth Zambrano-Mayorga. My customer experience with Tesla since I purchased my car 3 years ago had been hit or miss when it comes to staff engagement. Tesla Service Experience** I recently had to check in my Tesla due to an urgent issue with the airbag system . While I appreciate the promptness of the service team, my experience with the loaner car left much to be desired. First and foremost, the loaner vehicle had a serious issue with low tire air pressure. The dashboard warning advised me to pull over due to extremely low pressure, which made it difficult for me to use the car for my errands. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get this issue resolved during my time with the loaner. Additionally, while the interior of the loaner was clean, the exterior was in poor condition. It was extremely dirty, which was quite embarrassing to drive around. I expected a higher standard from a Tesla service experience, including a clean vehicle for the duration of my loan. Despite these issues, I still love my Tesla and appreciate the overall service. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the loaner car experience. I hope my feedback helps enhance future service visits for other Tesla owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Just update When picking up the car they I had a lot of issues with the loaner car so they issued me a credit made me change the ratings here on yelp. read more

I took my MYP in on 3/12 for a windshield replacement and they damaged my car. I understand it was inadvertent but their compensation for my inconvenience was insufficient, the Service Manager could only offer a certain figure, the car was returned dirty when they agreed to wash it and they didn't charge it after driving it or the repair shop approximately 60 miles. I will do my best to avoid using this location for service in the future and would not recommend them. read more

I definitely learned my lesson not to bring my 9 year old Model S to this Tesla to get basic repairs for a broken Door Handle, replacing a window actuator and trying to get the secondary frunk latch to get replaced. I spent over $1300 to get this fixed, including a $255 diagnosis fee for them to tell me what I had already knew that the secondary frunk latch needed to get replaced. $500 to get a door handle replaced that Tesla used to be able to do for half the price, $500 to get a window actuator replaced, plus the $255 diagnosis fee for the secondary latch that they didn't have in service. My recommendation is not to use this Tesla Service Center at all given their high labor costs $250/hr and just buy the parts and take it to a body shop to get replaced. Thank you for the expensive lesson Tesla Santa Clarita. Made me proud of the Customer Experience that you provided to me. read more

One of the tire pressure sensor was not working. After initially accepted the warranty, the service rep. at tesla said that since we had our tires replaced somewhere else and tesla is not allowing its customers to replace tires anywhere else other than tesla or the warranty is voided. I am sure tesla is the only car manufacturer in the world has that policy. Great customer service and tricking my wife who doesn't know much about cars into signing the revised quote and using it against us when I asked them why they changed the quote. We were thinking about purchasing another Tesla and even visited the same location to test drive a different model, but after this experience, decided to go with other electric cars and are now looking to get rid of our current Tesla. I will be filing formal complain with BBB. read more

This was our 1st experience with Tesla service. 70k miles and the car had to go in due to numerous errors. Hearing horror stories about mechanics (I do all my car work myself) I was hesitant but forced to take the wife's car in. Dropped the car off with no vehicle and having 2 small kids that go to school really stressed us out. There is a gentleman there by the name of Gilbert. He is hands down a class act! Every single step of the way he kept me in the loop. Upon possibly finding the issue the repair was going to cost us $1000! Last night the wife and I spoke about what a mistake it was to purchase a Tesla, all the savings of an electric vehicle would be thrown away by this repair on only a 70k car. BUT to my surprise Gilbert called me this morning and stated the issue was not what they had anticipated, the issue was a wiring issue that apparently mice had gotten into and chewed up. The repairs would only cost $370. Now I ask you what mechanic would do this? What mechanic would down sell you as opposed to going the expensive route? Hands down these people are amazing. Going from we need to get rid of the Tesla last night to we will never not own one just because of 1 person. That person is Gilbert. Our entire family thanks you good sir. You really bailed us out of a nasty situation not knowing how we were going to pay for the replacement read more

I'm leaving this review for Christopher A. He works for another Tesla center. I would have left a 5 star if it wasn't the Santa Clarita location. Unfortunately this center needs better management. However Chris made things right so I'm leaving a four start. After a huge mistake and fake promises by Santa Clarita advisors, I won't name who and believe me I know most of their names since I went there about 6 times in one week. Chris called me and followed through. Thank you Chris. This center can be great. My advice would be to stop passing clients around to multiple advisors. It's frustrating! Take a minute to look into the accounts before saying anything and I would highly recommend putting someone in charge with good communication skills. read more

I am absolutely shocked by the experience I had at Tesla Valencia. The sales advisors here are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. I arrived about an hour and a half before closing, not realizing how much attitude I would receive from the associates. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. While I understand that Tesla's sales process is primarily online (and I respect that), the least they could do is help a potential customer understand the process or answer basic questions--especially before spending $50,000 on a vehicle. Instead, the reps were dismissive and horrendous in their customer service. After this experience, I will absolutely not be purchasing a Tesla. Now I understand why Tesla has developed such a poor reputation for customer service. Calling the local branch gets you nowhere, and their toll-free line is just as useless. It's a joke. Never again! I strongly do not recommend this location or Tesla in general. The customer service is terrible learn how to treat people! read more

Tesla DOES NOT HONOR their warranty! I bought my 2023 Tesla Model Y brand new, babied it. Very conscientious about slowing down when there are speed bumps and what not. I noticed my rear diffuser detaching and I know I'm within my 4 year warranty. My husband brought it in a few days ago, inspected by the technician here at the Tesla of Valencia, just to be told it's not covered under warranty because the damage is from "wear and tear". Really?? It's not a tire or breaks that go through wear and tear, it's a part that all of a sudden started detaching which indicates poor quality. I called to complain about this and the scripted accusations were mind boggling! I was told that I must driven it off road because there was a lot of dirt and debris underneath....which was laughable because it rained the past 2 weeks so of course there will be dirt and debris underneath. What next? I was referred to one of the managers by the name of Senai Yenie, who should win an Oscar for acting like he was actually listening to the issue at hand, had me come by the next morning after my 12 hour night shift, so he can inspect the problem and "try to advocate for me". He quickly looked at it, looked underneath and took pictures, then pointed out there was damage and said I must've ran over a speed bump or it must've been caused by backing out of my driveway. When I told him I never speed through a speed bump, that I actually slow down to 5 mph to gently drive over a speed bump. Plus, the model Y is elevated (that's why it's classified as an SUV) there is no way a speed bump caused that damage nor a driveway. When I said that, Senai rudely walked away and didn't acknowledge the logic behind my argument. No goodbye, just walked away. What kind of manager is he? Now we're taking it up with his boss named Amruta Patel. One of the employees asked for my name and number to give to Ms. Patel and I was told she will call me back. I doubt it. Even if she called back, she's going to stick to the Elon Musk script that it's the consumer's fault and not the fault of the cheap parts used for the body of the car. This Santa Clarita location just wants to nickel and dime you. They turn a blind eye to warranties. Heck, one of them even said the warranty is really only 7 days, not 4 years. What a crock of lies. I was thinking of buying a second Tesla before all this, but forget it. I'll be buying a Rivian instead. read more

Customer service is horrible. We walked in and nobody greeted nor offered to help us. In fact, 2 salesperson were just standing around at a desk chatting amongst themselves and never acknowledged us. Another salesperson was just outside chatting with someone who was leaving, and he too never greeted us or asked how he could help us. As we pulled out of a parking spot and commenced to drive forward, a service technician came flying around the lot and almost hit the front end of my vehicle. Went in for a follow-up visit. Gilbert provided great friendly service and answered all my questions. Got my car back earlier than expected.

About a month ago I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 from a dealership. The 12v battery was bad at time of purchase. So, the next day dropped into this location explained the issue. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative. He had me pull to the service area and that gentleman was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable answering my basic questions. Within 15 minutes or so my car was dropped off to have a battery replaced for free, and I was able to take a Cybertruck for a joy ride while they swapped the battery and do a once over of the Model 3. I came back an hour later dropped the truck off and pick up my car. It was all free and went smoothly. We have a Chevy and have oil changes done at the Chevy dealer down the road and its usually a 4+ hour affair, and another time had an appointment for a recall, came in checked in, got a ride home from courtesy shuttle, THEN 2+ hours later they say they DONT have the part. I say all this simply because the difference in customer service is black and white! This Tesla location is stellar, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. read more
