This 5-star review is for Elizabeth Zambrano M (I don't remember her last name). Elizabeth was my service advisor--great communication throughout the whole service process, even after my service was completed. Elizabeth was very responsive to my inquiries/concerns. It was a 2-hour wait to fix the alerts on my Tesla screen. I decided to wait, and no courtesy shuttle was provided. The service lounge for customers waiting on the other hand, is a different issue. I posted photos of what the lounge looked like. I was the first customer that morning. The lounge is very basic!

Had an appointment , didn't like that I had to wait 7 days but that's besides the point. That's Tesla issue , not this location. I choose the earliest appointment, 8am on a Thursday. I arrived 7:35am, and was second in line. By 8am, there were many cars in line. So just to let everyone be aware, busy place! They actually opened a little late, I think 8:05 am they opened the doors. Freddy was my contact, and he was super friendly and paid attention to my concern/issue with my Tesla. I took a test drive with the lead tech to listen the noise I was hearing in the car. He also was very responsive and friendly. Once he heard it, understood and had an issue the problem. Huge difference when I am at Honda or Toyota service centers. Those places are often poor experiences. My car was fixed same day. Freddy let me know once was complete. I didn't get a loaner car, not sure if I was supposed to ask or maybe wasn't available.

I requested a dirt/dust guard to be replaced and they left this side skirt loose and completely not put together well

1-star experience with Tesla service. I've brought my car in 3 separate times, and every visit has been frustrating. - I asked them to replace a dirt/skid guard -- they left it untouched and charged me for other things I didn't request. - I was told to pick up my car with ZERO warning that the tire was completely flat. I arrived to a non-drivable vehicle. - The panel I originally asked to fix was ignored, while other panels I never requested were replaced. - After a tonneau cover realignment, they left a panel unglued and loose. - The tonneau cover still doesn't work properly, and no one addressed it or communicated anything. - I asked for a tailgate realignment -- it was never done. On top of that, communication is terrible. No updates, no photos, no follow-up unless you chase them down. I dropped my car off in working condition and picked it up worse than before. I've owned multiple vehicles from other brands and have never experienced this level of poor workmanship and lack of communication. I'm giving them one last chance to fix everything, but based on these experiences, I wouldn't recommend Tesla service.

Following a service appointment on February 27 for a spoiler to be put on, I discovered damage to my vehicle that was not present prior to the visit. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence. I was told the matter would be reviewed against intake photos; however, no follow-up was provided, and the case was closed without resolution. A subsequent phone call on March 19 did not result in any meaningful action or timeline for investigation. I am disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication regarding a service-related concern.

Big shout out to Sr. Service Advisor, Elizabeth. Our Model Y was having issues on our road trip home last week and she was able to squeeze in our car and lend us a loaner vehicle to get back home until our car was fixed. All of the staff is nice and very helpful in answering questions in the showroom as well. Service is fast. Parts were delivered on Monday and our car was fixed and ready for pick up by Tuesday morning already. The waiting room is clean with some snacks and cold water. The bathrooms are unisex and clean. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

We have had our Tesla for 5 years now and we're looking to upgrade for a cyber truck. We had to bring our model Y for service and asked for a truck to test drive and were told none were available and you get an equivalent loan vehicle. I really dislike making things about race but the two individuals (non-Hispanic) next to us one dropping off a model 3 and the other also a model y without asking were given the cyber truck in fact the representative told them I'll give you a truck have you driven one before we we have a lot today. If you want to be profiled this is the location to go. So disappointed. This is one of those things you see and unless you experience yourself you don't believe. Fortunately I was wearing my metas. Some snip its of it for reference are here. Blurred the face because it's not the clients fault I'm sure they would have accepted any car. Truly debating on whether or not to post the full thing on social media.

It can hold a lot of cars so they'll work on your car very fast

Excellent fantastic service with my service provider Freddy Espinoza extremely friend friendly and told me in detail of everything provided from my vehicle. Also credit me with a cleaning camera for $60 off. This is the place where you want to go with your Tesla.

Tesla Service Experience** I recently had to check in my Tesla due to an urgent issue with the airbag system . While I appreciate the promptness of the service team, my experience with the loaner car left much to be desired. First and foremost, the loaner vehicle had a serious issue with low tire air pressure. The dashboard warning advised me to pull over due to extremely low pressure, which made it difficult for me to use the car for my errands. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get this issue resolved during my time with the loaner. Additionally, while the interior of the loaner was clean, the exterior was in poor condition. It was extremely dirty, which was quite embarrassing to drive around. I expected a higher standard from a Tesla service experience, including a clean vehicle for the duration of my loan. Despite these issues, I still love my Tesla and appreciate the overall service. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the loaner car experience. I hope my feedback helps enhance future service visits for other Tesla owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Just update When picking up the car they I had a lot of issues with the loaner car so they issued me a credit made me change the ratings here on yelp.

Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Avoid Mazda of Valencia at all costs…read more I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on 7/26 after multiple calls and texts with Romero regarding a Mazda CX-50 Preferred. Romero presented himself as though he were handling the sale, but upon arrival, I learned his role was apparently to call prospective customers, quote preliminary deals, and entice them into the dealership. I drove from Los Angeles after confirming the pricing. Once there, the numbers were materially different, and the two vehicles I was told would be washed and ready were both dirty. We were also passed among several employees and repeatedly had to explain what had already been discussed. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. Around 2:30 p.m., General Sales Manager JT Taylor, also known as John, entered the conversation with what he called the final offer. I showed him my text exchanges with Romero, and JT pulled out his phone and photographed my screen to capture the messages. Despite seeing what had been represented, he returned with numbers that were nowhere close. At that point, I understood that no deal would be reached and was prepared to leave. I calmly stated that this was the classic dealership experience I intentionally avoid, which is why I used brokers for my last three vehicle leases. I specifically explained that my frustration was with the overall experience and was not directed at JT personally. Nevertheless, he became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to de-escalate despite my repeatedly asking and gesturing for him to calm down. He then announced that he was "ex-military" and that he "doesn't get down like this." I am still unsure whether that was intended to address the pricing discrepancy, intimidate me, or demonstrate a very large ego with very little managerial judgment. Whatever the intention, it was inappropriate and remarkably unprofessional. The most absurd part came when I asked for his business card. JT repeatedly responded, "Nah, it's okay," because he believed I would leave a negative review. I requested it three times, and he only provided it after another employee intervened. For context, I have worked in financial services for nearly two decades across retail, private, and investment banking, serving clients from all walks of life. I cannot imagine refusing to provide a client with my business card because I feared negative feedback--or one of the associates I lead doing so without serious repercussions. This was not an inexperienced employee having an awkward moment. This was the General Sales Manager displaying hostility, poor judgment, and an apparent fear of accountability. A business card is not permission to leave a review, and hiding it does not prevent a customer from documenting an experience. After his repeated refusals, I recorded the interaction, including him saying, "Nah, it's okay." I also have the text exchanges, call records, and supporting documentation. Mazda Corporate has opened a formal case, and I will provide them with the full record. We also had an appointment at the neighboring Kia dealership, but two Mazda employees told us both locations were under the same ownership. After this experience, we skipped that appointment rather than risk encountering the same lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. JT Taylor, respectfully, if you are comfortable invoking your military background during a disagreement but frightened by a Yelp review, customer-facing management may be the wrong profession. Reviews are not threats; they reflect the service provided. I have leased two Mazdas over the past ten years, and this was easily my worst dealership experience. Save yourself the drive and aggravation. Professional management addresses concerns--it does not raise its voice, make intimidating remarks, and hide business cards.

They were both professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. My biggest frustration was the pricing. Before making the drive, we were quoted multiple times that the vehicle would be $2,000 over MSRP. However, once we arrived, the numbers suddenly changed, and there were several BS reasons given as to why the original quote no longer applied. It definitely felt like the initial quote was intended to get us through the door, and then the negotiation started from there. While we were eventually able to come to an agreement, it still wasn't the deal we had originally been promised. That said, Daniel and Swan remained courteous and worked with us throughout the process, which made the experience much better than it otherwise could have been. We've been enjoying our new Outback so far and are very happy with the vehicle itself. I just wish the pricing had been as transparent and consistent as the initial conversations led us to believe.

He told me they would pay $2,000 over Kelley Blue Book for my 2016 Forester. He said all they needed was to take pictures and get the VIN number. When I arrived, a staff member took my car without asking my permission and drove it. Driving a customer's vehicle without their knowledge or consent is not okay. It does not matter if you call it an "appraisal" or a "test drive." You ask first. Period. For the record, California Vehicle Code Section 10851 makes it unlawful to drive or take a vehicle not your own without the consent of the owner. Moving a vehicle even a small distance without the owner's consent qualifies as a violation. I was told you needed pictures and a VIN number, not a joyride. I came in as a loyal Subaru customer willing to do business. I left feeling like my trust and my property were disrespected. I would think twice before bringing your car here.

The new car manager (Dean Marone) was walking by and stopped and very rudely told me to move the car, which I had no problem doing so, and I even explained that I was picking this unit up for a client and that I needed to inspect it so I had pulled up to an open area. All I said to the sales manager was "thanks for being courteous" and he just turns around and starts dropping F bombs, telling me "I told you to move the F'ing car so move the F'ing car". I was shocked to have someone on staff taking to me like that, let alone the manager. I let him know that I've been an employee of Galpin (who owns this dealer) and I know the owners and that I would be letting them know of his behavior. I told them that I would be reaching out to to my former boss and owner of Galpin Auto (Bert Boeckmann), at which time, Dean Marone, screamed out in front of other customers at the entrance of the dealership "Bert has been dead for 2 years, you stupid MF'R". I also had the GM, Sales manager and one of the sales guys (Avo Krikorian) get in my face in the parking lot and try to physically intimidate / assault me and the police had to be called out. It's really unfortunate that these clowns are staining the Galpin and Boeckmann family name like this. Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.
