The service is good here and if you like cars, you will probably enjoy visiting. The basement floor is a Porsche museum. I spent a good amount of time just looking around down there. The main floor is the showroom, service center, gift shop, and cafe. The cafe is actually decent. I overheard a cafe customer mention that he visits almost weekly.

We visited Porsche Westlake, but they don't trade used with other dealers, so we searched around for the frozen blue Panamera. My husband found it at Santa Clarita. While not thrilled to travel 50 miles, the dealership experience was worth it. Joseph was knowledgeable and personable. He really made this the most pleasant car purchase. Yes it takes hours to buy or lease a car, but a yummy Schnitzel and Spätzle lunch INSIDE the dealership and a 5 star museum made it better. We love the car and highly recommend Porsche Santa Clarita. I'd go back for lunch, the Wünderground Museum and to say hi to Joseph.

This was our second Porsche purchase, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. Porsche Santa Clarita truly went above and beyond. I found my dream car--a 2025 Porshahhh Coupé (yes, we say it fancy now ) in rare Montego Blue--at Porsche Santa Clarita, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. I live in San Diego and had actually gone to my local Porsche dealership first, but it felt like the sales guy there wasn't interested in selling me a car at all. He handed me the keys and let me test drive it, but maybe showing up in yoga clothes made him think I didn't have 100 grand laying around. Joke's on him. Then I connected with Avo at Porsche Santa Clarita and it was night and day. He reached out right away, saved the car for me with no pressure, and was just genuinely awesome to work with. He knew there was a chance I wouldn't go through with it, but still treated me like a serious buyer the whole time. Well... I did buy it. And I'm so glad. This car is absolutely stunning--cream leather interior, 22-inch rims, Montego Blue paint that turns heads. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever owned. I'm not your typical Porsche buyer either--I'm an electrologist in San Diego who removes one hair at a time for a living. So yeah, this was a big deal for me. The car had been lightly used for six months by someone who apparently got bored and upgraded to a 911, which meant I scored a great deal. And on my drive home, a car full of teenage boys rolled down the window and yelled "You're so hot!" I now fully understand the old man in the red Corvette vibe--and I gotta say, I'm here for it. Big shoutout to Allan in finance too--he helped make the loan happen and was super easy to work with. If you're even thinking about a Porsche, skip the attitude and head straight to Porsche Santa Clarita. Ask for Avo. No pressure, no ego--just people who actually care about matching you with the perfect Porshahhh Coupé. I feel like a total badass now--and this is a serious glow-up from my 2012 Infiniti SUV.

We were looking for a new car and we happened to walk into the Porsche dealership 5 minutes before they closed. Joseph Finnigan walked out and asked if he can help us. We told him what we wanted and he was able to get us into a porsche that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Cars & Coffee Event at this dealership is every first Saturday of the month from 9-11 am. You must get there early!! This is a great event for car enthusiast. The dealership is very very nice. They open the bottom showroom which is full of collectibles and the mechanic's garage is open too. Of course there is complimentary coffee. Also the Boxenstop restaurant has a limited breakfast menu that looks great. And, Galpin's Horseless Carriage catering is there as well. Wear your walking shoes and bring your patience as this is a very popular event.

Oh my goodness what can I say about this experience?! I was visiting from Texas, and came to Cali. I came across the Porsche dealership to see their inventory and rides. The lovely front desk ladies were great to help me out to point me in right direction. They sure did! This Porsche dealership is unique! Especially with having Porsche Museum right underneath. They are only Porsche dealership in Cali to have it which is awesome! Loved my experience! I would definitely buy Porsche there if I wanted too. Future? Yes

Came in for some work last week, and had to come in again this week to get an ordered part installed. Both times, no issues. And the video evaluations work really well. But I want to focus on the second follow up visit to get the part installed. I had scheduled an appointment and showed up early. I had to be while-you-wait. I didn't have time that day to drop off. I'm skeptical by nature and automatically get anxious about unforeseen delays. I always make a point to be super-polite, but the team could sense my time was limited. It felt like they put in a little extra hustle and got me out of there in just under an hour, including a quick car wash. No issues, no delays, fair price. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. Please keep up the good work!

One of the part I needed - I was forced to buy entire assembly for brake fluid reservoir (even though I only need a torn strainer) he recommended that I check out "after market " products - he even helped me to look up on google search. This dealership go above and beyond to help customers - from my buying experience back in 2022 and services and parts department. Kudos to Hello Mazda of Valencia. I am considering another Mazda car soon.

Absolutely unacceptable quality control for a "new" vehicle. When I pointed the damage out, the staff gave me two choices: either accept the damaged car and have it repaired at a Tesla collision center, or reorder another vehicle and wait another month or so with no loaner or accommodation. They even said I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... as if that's supposed to make delivering a damaged brand new car okay. I decided to reorder because I wasn't going to accept a repaired vehicle as "new." I was also assured the VIN would immediately be removed from my Tesla app so I wouldn't be matched with the same car again. A few hours later, I got a notification to schedule pickup for the exact same damaged vehicle. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. For a company this big and vehicles this expensive, the delivery experience and customer service should be far better.

I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is! You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.

I spent over a week trying to purchase a used Miata here. On day one I offered a deposit to hold…read morethe car and was told I couldn't buy it yet -- it needed to be in-processed first (inspection and fluids, Tuesday through Thursday). Fine. After agreeing on price and declining all add-ons, I requested a clean quote multiple times. The salesperson kept promising it -- but the manager was the one sending quotes, and both still had add-ons included. First quote had two, second still had one. Late Thursday I was told for the first time the car had scratches and needed a body shop visit -- never mentioned during the prior days of supposed inspection. I was then asked to sign paperwork before test driving. I declined. Shortly after, I was told someone else might buy it without a test drive. This morning the car was confirmed ready. I drove an hour to the dealership. Mid-drive I got a text saying someone else got there first and it was gone. They blocked my deposit on day one using in-processing requirements, then let someone walk in and buy it while I was already driving. A week of broken timelines, add-ons that kept reappearing, and pressure tactics -- ending with an hour of driving wasted. Negligence or intentional, the result is the same.
