I had a great experience working with Harry! He provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was without ever making me feel pressured. He genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they have a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Harry to anyone looking for great customer service and a trustworthy, knowledgeable salesperson. Terrible experience with this dealership. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the way they handle problems is a complete nightmare. I bought an Audi expecting quality and support, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about buying from this place do their research first.

After inquiring about a vehicle, I was contacted by both Zara, through text, and John Anthony, through e-mail. They do not disclose it, but I am confident that both are AI agents. Unfortunately, they do not share data with one another or summarize the communications for the sales person before contact is made. It was frustrating, because they indicate that they will "close out your file" if you do not maintain communication with them. The listing price was "Contact Dealer;" however, they could not provide the price. Instead, they followed up with a clear focus on me scheduling an in-person appointment, even after I explained that I am almost 100 miles away. This may be the future, but there seems to be quite a bit to work out before this is customer-facing. read more

This dealer is a fraud. Do not make any deals with them. They are very tricky and dishonest. Beware of sales person Peter and finance manager Marisol. They take advantage of the customers. Absolutely do not trust and deal with these fraudsters. Unfortunately I can't give a negative rating. 1 star is way too many for this dealership. read more

I had a terrible experience at Audi Valencia. The customer service here is unacceptable. I purchased a car from them about a month ago, and by the second day the dashboard warning lights started coming on. I immediately texted the salesperson and was told to keep driving the car for another day and then bring it to service. When I finally brought it in, they would not provide a loaner vehicle, even though the car had issues almost immediately after purchase. I then spoke with the sales manager, and instead of helping resolve the situation, he was extremely rude and told me to leave the premises. His behavior was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I felt like I was treated differently and unfairly, especially as a Latino customer. Buying a car should come with support and respect, especially when the vehicle has problems so soon after purchase. I would strongly recommend staying away from Audi Valencia. If you're looking for better treatment and real customer service, you're better off going somewhere else--even Mercedes dealerships provide far better customer care. read more

I'm officially obsessed with my new Q3, and I have Nicole and Camille at Audi Valencia to thank for making the whole experience such a positive one! Buying a car can definitely feel intimidating, but Nicole made the process so easy. She listened to what I was looking for, and worked with us to get a deal that I was really happy with. Camille was also fantastic and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but it still felt like they genuinely wanted me to be happy with the car--not just make a sale. And clearly, they succeeded because I left with a car I LOVE. Huge thank you to Nicole and Camille for making this such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Audi Valencia, especially if you have the opportunity to work with these two! read more

Terrible extended warranty experience Be very careful taking your car to Audi Valencia for extended warranty repairs. I worked with Jennifer and Dylan, and my claims were initially denied multiple times because of the sloppy way they worded the diagnostics. My warranty company had to instruct them on how to properly submit the paperwork just to get it approved. To make matters worse, despite having a $100 deductible, I was stuck paying thousands out of pocket. Audi Valencia's labor rates are nearly double standard industry rates, and they pass every penny of that markup onto the customer. Poor communication, careless claim filing, and outrageous pricing. Go elsewhere. read more

We purchased our Audi from the Santa Monica dealership because they offered better lease terms. Unfortunately, after accidentally deleting the digital key from our wallet, we went to this dealership for assistance--something that should be a very simple fix. Instead of helping, the staff repeatedly pointed out that we did not purchase the vehicle from them and refused to assist us, insisting we return to the Santa Monica location. This was surprising and frustrating, especially since restoring a digital key is a routine issue that typically takes 5-10 minutes with a technician. I contacted the Santa Monica dealership directly, and the sales associate who assisted us confirmed that this refusal makes no sense. He explained that their dealership never turns customers away based on where the vehicle was purchased and that they regularly help with issues like this. The unwillingness of this dealership to provide basic customer service made a simple situation unnecessarily difficult. Due to the lack of professionalism displayed, I will also be filing a complaint with Audi of America. read more

My wife and I were looking to get out of our older car and we decided to test drive an Audi. The car was great, handled amazing, and was really fun to drive. But it was the service we got from Nicole Lucas that sealed the deal. She was very professional and courteous on top of being very knowledgeable. She also worked really hard together us an amazing deal on a new A4. Overall, very satisfied and we're going back when it's time to upgrade our suv! read more

1 Star - Terrible Customer Service I scheduled an appointment at Audi Valencia to see a specific car, confirmed the time, and made the drive out -- only to find that they were showing the exact car I had reserved to someone else when I arrived. We were told to wait and ended up sitting there for more than 30 minutes, only to be told there was nothing they could do. No apology, no effort to make things right, just complete indifference. If this is how they treat customers who make appointments in good faith, I can only imagine how they handle sales and service afterward. Extremely disappointing experience -- I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting professionalism or respect for your time. read more

Stay away from the parts department They refused to return my unopened, unused part, even though I had a receipt by the way the part was not an electrical part or special order. It was a normal stocking item. I was talking to a gentleman at the counter that he disappeared into the back room. Then the parts manager came out a flat out, told me no and didn't want to hear anything. I had to say also was being short with me in regards to assisting me with this matter. I am in the customer service business as well and there could've been a little bit more that he could've done for me, but since he didn't, I'm writing in this review. So be warned do not buy parts from this parts department do not buy parts from this store or maybe even this auto group I wish I can give them no stars for the lack of support that they offered in this matter read more

We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Michael Zines. His knowledge was impressive, and he explained everything clearly without any of the pressure you usually expect at a car dealership. The entire process was unbelievably smooth. Updating this to note that folks need to be really careful dealing with the finance department here. I guess the method they use to check financing rates is to just launch credit inquiries which negatively affects your credit. This wasn't made clear when doing my deal a year ago but I've learned recently this has negatively affected my credit. Try to get close to the rate you want BEFORE they decide on a lender because it will harm you and unfortunately they are not super mindful of that. read more

Audi Valencia - New 2024 Audi RS 3 - Car Dealers Near Me - Valencia, California

July 2024 Service/Recall Review. I would give Audi Valencia 0 stars if I could. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday. Picked my car up Saturday morning. I have a new Audi EV that recently had a recall to replace part of the charging unit/cable along with some firmware updates. Audi Valencia put me on a waiting list starting two months ago and called me back a little while later to inform me that it was my turn to come in (along with another recall to reprogram the headlights). So far so good. I dropped my car off on Wednesday right before the July 4th holiday. They tried to upsell a $600 brake fluid flush that I politely declined and asked to do next time. They tried calling me once without leaving a voicemail along with a vague text about needing to reach me. When I called back Friday, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told my service advisor was busy and that she'd call me back. She never called back (text message picture proof attached). Showed up this morning (Saturday) to pick up and surprise, no one's touched my car because they "ran out" of the recall cable replacements. Best part was the nonchalant service girl with one Airpod hanging out of her ear who made ZERO apologies even after I calmly asked how this could happen given that THEY called me after I was on the wait list. She just kept saying "there's a bunch of people waiting for this cable". Awesome. Better part is she cared so little about this ordeal that she didn't even bother to try and schedule me for the next available shipment of cables. Didn't even think to mention it until I asked and she said "we get about 8 units every two weeks". After that just handed me my keys and sent me home. So as of right now, I have no idea if they even intend to call me for the next round of replacement shipments. Wasted two hours driving back and forth with two cars and despite the service order email receipt saying "complimentary free car wash", they just left my car out baking in the sun for two days collecting dust. read more

They need to be more careful. They were trying to figure out why my top on my convertible was mot working and they damaged my subwoofer box with my two 10 inch woofers in the trunk and I told Paul to tell them to be careful, do not try to force it because it might break and when I opened my trunk I saw a piece of the box in the trunk. I will not be going back there. And what made it worse is that I was there all day. Paul said he wouldn't charge me and I was thinking he shouldn't for two reasons. One they couldn't figure out why my top wasn't working. And two, they damaged my subwoofer box in my trunk. read more

if I could pick no stars I would truly a horrible dealership. we were contacted By Zara and Ingrid and after a long text conversation discussing what kind of vehicles we were looking for our price range our trade in vehicle and all the information necessary we drove from Washington to view cars discussed only to show up and nobody knows about our appointment each employee looked at us like we could not afford to be there. And to top it off they had none of the cars we discussed in inventory. I would not do business with them ever. Not happy with Valencia audi, went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation because I have a car event to go to in big bear. I don't trust dealers and I was right in this situation. They took 2 hours to do a oil change and replace the cabin filter, they come out with my stuff and lug saying it came off like it's my fault. They didn't wana touch my car after that But they did wana charge me 750 for parts that they damaged and probably another 300 for labor. 3 studs and lugs where loose and one in my hand. They gladly sent me on my way with no regards to my safety. Hence my self getting towed to a reputable shop. Made me pay for the oil change didn't care to help me in anyway. So I knew I couldn't safely drive my car like that with out risking a horrible accident so I had it towed to EUROCODE in Torrence agian a reputable shop that specializes in Audi vw porche. Now I have to pay out of pocket for there negligence! Mind blown! Update... damages 1200$ plus 1 day rental 100$ so $1300 and btw when EUROCODE took off all the other wheel guess what no problems with studs or lug damage just the side Audi of Valencia touched smh Wow thanks Audi of Valencia for no accountability and not caring about the safety of my car or my self. read more

My husband has been in search for a car for me and we finally had set on the Porsche Cayenne coupe. We found it at Audi Valencia's. It had all the features I wanted, literally my dream car. So my husband got in contact with them and spoke with Viviana who should be FIRED-I'll explain that in a bit and Adam! They went back and forth got some more info and we set an appointment for that weekend. As the days went on they staid in contact sent pictures of the car. The night before they confirmed the appointment we had for 930am. We drive 70+ miles let me just put that out there. While on our way Viviana calls around 9:07 to ask if we were still going, we told her we were on our way. We show up to the dealership, we noticed the car wasn't even pulled out. How do you set an appointment and not even prepare the vehicle for showings??? We had already started off wrong. The salesman walks us outside to take us to the car only for it to not be in the lot. He goes and checks inside comes out and says "THE CAR HAS BEEN TAKEN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP", excuse me what? Apparently the car got driven elsewhere the night before. Then continues to say if we wanted it we could talk numbers. HOLD ON, you want to talk number on a car I haven't even test drove?? Insane! So you want to tell me that you set an appointment with a customer and the car got driven away? Angry at the absolute disrespect we decided to leave. My husband checks his phone only to see a message from Vivian who text him at 9:30 (when we had our appointment scheduled) that the car had been sent to auction!!! Are you KIDDING ME!?!?!? The lack of communication and wasted time from those people working there is trash!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone going there!!! Unprofessional, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Train your people right! This place is the worst. Adam and Viviana will tell you all sorts of great things about the car you are looking for and never verify the car is actually there. My wife and I made an appt to see a Porsche Cayenne they had on their used lot. I confirmed multiple times throughout the week that the car was there and was told yes. I made an appt on a Saturday morning and texted Viviana that morning to confirm it was available. I was told yes and I said we are on our way. 70+ miles later I arrive at the dealership and don't see the car outside. Big red flag. I walk inside and ask for Adam or Viviana and am told they are just assistants and any salesman can help me. Whatever, just show me the car. The sales guy helping me walks me and the wife outside and says "huh that's weird the car isn't here". He walks back inside and then returns 5 minutes later and says "I just found out the car was sent to a different dealership several hours away. What dealership I ask, cause I will drive there. The story then changes to it was sold to an auction. At this point I'm very vocal about the blatant bait and switch tactics being taken with me. I ask to talk to a manager or Viviana or Adam and no one is willing to talk to me. But, they do say "we are willing to show you some other cars". Bro WTF, you think after all this I would give this dealership a single dollar? Lesson learned, Audi Valencia is a bunch of dirt bags who will say anything to get you in their building, then waste your time and be a coward when a customer asks for a manager. And yea I kept all the texts for proof. But judging off the negative reviews on here the dealership never replies. Clown show dealership, don't spend your money here. read more
