I had a terrible experience at Audi Valencia. The customer service here is unacceptable. I purchased a car from them about a month ago, and by the second day the dashboard warning lights started coming on. I immediately texted the salesperson and was told to keep driving the car for another day and then bring it to service. When I finally brought it in, they would not provide a loaner vehicle, even though the car had issues almost immediately after purchase. I then spoke with the sales manager, and instead of helping resolve the situation, he was extremely rude and told me to leave the premises. His behavior was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I felt like I was treated differently and unfairly, especially as a Latino customer. Buying a car should come with support and respect, especially when the vehicle has problems so soon after purchase. I would strongly recommend staying away from Audi Valencia. If you're looking for better treatment and real customer service, you're better off going somewhere else--even Mercedes dealerships provide far better customer care. read more

After inquiring about a vehicle, I was contacted by both Zara, through text, and John Anthony, through e-mail. They do not disclose it, but I am confident that both are AI agents. Unfortunately, they do not share data with one another or summarize the communications for the sales person before contact is made. It was frustrating, because they indicate that they will "close out your file" if you do not maintain communication with them. The listing price was "Contact Dealer;" however, they could not provide the price. Instead, they followed up with a clear focus on me scheduling an in-person appointment, even after I explained that I am almost 100 miles away. This may be the future, but there seems to be quite a bit to work out before this is customer-facing. read more

Unfortunately, after accidentally deleting the digital key from our wallet, we went to this dealership for assistance--something that should be a very simple fix. Instead of helping, the staff repeatedly pointed out that we did not purchase the vehicle from them and refused to assist us, insisting we return to the Santa Monica location. This was surprising and frustrating, especially since restoring a digital key is a routine issue that typically takes 5-10 minutes with a technician. I contacted the Santa Monica dealership directly, and the sales associate who assisted us confirmed that this refusal makes no sense. He explained that their dealership never turns customers away based on where the vehicle was purchased and that they regularly help with issues like this. The unwillingness of this dealership to provide basic customer service made a simple situation unnecessarily difficult. Updating my review because the process for having repairs for my leased vehicles has been a nightmare. The A/C for the rear seats only blows hot air. I left my car with the dealership for 2 days and they couldn't figure it out. I also get repeated messages that the parking doesn't work and that my car is in danger of rolling away, which then also prevents me from locking my car. Audi fixed the issue before, but it's back. This dealership also doesn't have any loaner vehicles available, which is wild for a luxury brand. I chose to lease through Audi, and it's turned out to be really disappointing. read more

Stay away from the parts department They refused to return my unopened, unused part, even though I had a receipt by the way the part was not an electrical part or special order. It was a normal stocking item. I was talking to a gentleman at the counter that he disappeared into the back room. Then the parts manager came out a flat out, told me no and didn't want to hear anything. I had to say also was being short with me in regards to assisting me with this matter. July 2024 Service/Recall Review. I would give Audi Valencia 0 stars if I could. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday. Picked my car up Saturday morning. I have a new Audi EV that recently had a recall to replace part of the charging unit/cable along with some firmware updates. Audi Valencia put me on a waiting list starting two months ago and called me back a little while later to inform me that it was my turn to come in (along with another recall to reprogram the headlights). So far so good. I dropped my car off on Wednesday right before the July 4th holiday. They tried to upsell a $600 brake fluid flush that I politely declined and asked to do next time. They tried calling me once without leaving a voicemail along with a vague text about needing to reach me. When I called back Friday, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told my service advisor was busy and that she'd call me back. She never called back (text message picture proof attached). Showed up this morning (Saturday) to pick up and surprise, no one's touched my car because they "ran out" of the recall cable replacements. Best part was the nonchalant service girl with one Airpod hanging out of her ear who made ZERO apologies even after I calmly asked how this could happen given that THEY called me after I was on the wait list. She just kept saying "there's a bunch of people waiting for this cable". Awesome. Better part is she cared so little about this ordeal that she didn't even bother to try and schedule me for the next available shipment of cables. Didn't even think to mention it until I asked and she said "we get about 8 units every two weeks". After that just handed me my keys and sent me home. So as of right now, I have no idea if they even intend to call me for the next round of replacement shipments. Wasted two hours driving back and forth with two cars and despite the service order email receipt saying "complimentary free car wash", they just left my car out baking in the sun for two days collecting dust. read more

He goes and checks inside comes out and says "THE CAR HAS BEEN TAKEN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP", excuse me what? Apparently the car got driven elsewhere the night before. I went in for a oil change & was told since I wasnt going to purchase the $1600 package to cleanse transmission fluid & change new spark plugs at 60k milage..... they said they would not remove the sensor light that says I need maintenance. I had a nail in tire & they said it was recommended that I changed it to back tires. They must be really hurting for money... Not happy with Valencia audi, went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation because I have a car event to go to in big bear. I don't trust dealers and I was right in this situation. They took 2 hours to do a oil change and replace the cabin filter, they come out with my stuff and lug saying it came off like it's my fault. They didn't wana touch my car after that But they did wana charge me 750 for parts that they damaged and probably another 300 for labor. 3 studs and lugs where loose and one in my hand. They gladly sent me on my way with no regards to my safety. Hence my self getting towed to a reputable shop. Made me pay for the oil change didn't care to help me in anyway. So I knew I couldn't safely drive my car like that with out risking a horrible accident so I had it towed to EUROCODE in Torrence agian a reputable shop that specializes in Audi vw porche. Now I have to pay out of pocket for there negligence! Mind blown! This place is the worst. Adam and Viviana will tell you all sorts of great things about the car you are looking for and never verify the car is actually there. My wife and I made an appt to see a Porsche Cayenne they had on their used lot. I confirmed multiple times throughout the week that the car was there and was told yes. I made an appt on a Saturday morning and texted Viviana that morning to confirm it was available. I was told yes and I said we are on our way. 70+ miles later I arrive at the dealership and don't see the car outside. Big red flag. I walk inside and ask for Adam or Viviana and am told they are just assistants and any salesman can help me. Whatever, just show me the car. The sales guy helping me walks me and the wife outside and says "huh that's weird the car isn't here". He walks back inside and then returns 5 minutes later and says "I just found out the car was sent to a different dealership several hours away. What dealership I ask, cause I will drive there. The story then changes to it was sold to an auction. At this point I'm very vocal about the blatant bait and switch tactics being taken with me. I ask to talk to a manager or Viviana or Adam and no one is willing to talk to me. But, they do say "we are willing to show you some other cars". Bro WTF, you think after all this I would give this dealership a single dollar? Lesson learned, Audi Valencia is a bunch of dirt bags who will say anything to get you in their building, then waste your time and be a coward when a customer asks for a manager.
