    From the moment I inquired online for my new car purchase to the second I walked out of the dealership I was treated with only the highest quality customer service with friendly and helpful attitudes. My salesman was Matt Randall. Matt went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most. I had recently purchased a car from another manufacturer and was extremely unhappy. After extensive research and from having an Acura In the past I decided on a 24 RDX Aspec Advance. after filling out my Interest online, I was contacted by Matt via text and it was nothing but the best customer service from there on out. Matt was not pushy, there was a small period where I thought I would have to wait and he didn't argue at all. When I texted back a week later he was ready to help again. Knowing that I lived over 1hr away, and worked night shift. Matt had all of my paperwork ready to go at the time we agreed on to meet at the dealer. The Finance manager, and everyone I came in contact with was exceptionally nice. I think I was at the dealer maybe one hour and was on my way back home. Matt is very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. He loves questions and explains all of the features well. He even showed me something that I didn't know before. I highly recommend this dealership. And I will be going back in the future.

    I initially came in to see a used vehicle I found online with no plans of leaving the lot with a new/used vehicle. I was contacted by Alfredo/Online sales to come see the MDX posted online. I was very clear that I had no plans of purchasing anything that night. Along came Dee, he made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with assisting me to every car on the lot that I wanted to see. I was so thankful for Dee's kindness, it made me feel at ease, like I was part of the family. Financially it was tight, after many deals offered I finally settled. The only thing I was disappointed with was not being informed of the last minute changes made in the deal by Alfredo, such as lower annual mileage, no information of what would be covered in services etc., it was too late in the evening to complain and papers were already printed. Other than that, I am very happy with my new vehicle, MDX has always been my favorite suv and I finally have one My son loves our car, says it his favorite Dee thank you again and know that I have been referring my friends and family to contact you if they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle!

    Nothing much to say other than this is the best car dealership I have ever met. This is my 4th Acura from Valencia. Brian Fleming has always gone above and beyond and makes everything easy, No Car dealer BS , just straight talk friendly etc, The whole staff is incredible. I will never guy a car anywhere else. This dealership has made me brand loyal to Acura! This place gives me faith in humanity! BTW Acuras are also great cars! Valencia Acura and Brian Fleming are Rock Stars!

    We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Acura MDX with Tech Package from Brian and Chris, and we couldn't have chosen a better Acura dealer to work with. Brian and Chris were courteous, willing to work out a fair deal with us, and true professionals!     Drove all the way to this Acura dealer cause the deal that John gave us over the phone was really great. When we got there my parents actually realized that the trim level that they were looking at didn't include the parking sensors and in order for them to get that feature they had to go to a higher trim. John was able to give us a really great deal for that new trim level with the price hardly changing. They were really accommodating and more than willing to get a deal done. Our sales people were John and Servando. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole car buying experience. If you're in the market for an Acura I would highly recommend visiting this dealer even if you have to make the drive out from the valley. I can guarantee you that they will give you a more than a fair deal for the car you're looking for Thank you guys, especially John!!

    I recently purchased a 2024 Acura Integra A Spec. My son and I went to go look at prices and were scared we were going to get hounded down by the sales guys like it usually happens so we came up with a story and were ready to say we were just looking. Matt approached us and right away introduced himself, I right away said we are just looking so that we would be able to see the car without any pressure. As we were looking he was asking questions and I was answering. The more that we were going back and fourth the more comfortable I felt because Matt was not pressuring us at all he was giving us all the info on the call and answering any questions my son or I had. Long story short we felt so comfortable with Matt's approach that we had him run us numbers as we were also trading in my old Acura. Matt went inside and we followed and met Brian (I had met him before) the nicest man and John which was also very nice. Numbers came back looking good and we came to an agreement and purchased my new Acura. The whole process from start to finish was such a great feeling, we never once felt pressured to have to buy or anything like that which is HUGE when you purchase a car. Matt you are an awesome sales guy keep doing what you are doing and having that approach. I have told all my friends and family that are Acura owners that when they are ready to go straight to you. Thank you also Brian and John you guys are the best and made us feel like family. I will always come to you guys for any Acuras for myself or my family. We will always be FOD.

But I want to focus on the second follow up visit to get the part installed. I had scheduled an appointment and showed up early. I had to be while-you-wait. I didn't have time that day to drop off. I'm skeptical by nature and automatically get anxious about unforeseen delays. I always make a point to be super-polite, but the team could sense my time was limited. It felt like they put in a little extra hustle and got me out of there in just under an hour, including a quick car wash. No issues, no delays, fair price. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. Please keep up the good work!

When I pointed the damage out, the staff gave me two choices: either accept the damaged car and have it repaired at a Tesla collision center, or reorder another vehicle and wait another month or so with no loaner or accommodation. They even said I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... as if that's supposed to make delivering a damaged brand new car okay. I decided to reorder because I wasn't going to accept a repaired vehicle as "new." I was also assured the VIN would immediately be removed from my Tesla app so I wouldn't be matched with the same car again. A few hours later, I got a notification to schedule pickup for the exact same damaged vehicle. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. For a company this big and vehicles this expensive, the delivery experience and customer service should be far better.

    Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.

    I spent over a week trying to purchase a used Miata here. On day one I offered a deposit to hold…read morethe car and was told I couldn't buy it yet -- it needed to be in-processed first (inspection and fluids, Tuesday through Thursday). Fine. After agreeing on price and declining all add-ons, I requested a clean quote multiple times. The salesperson kept promising it -- but the manager was the one sending quotes, and both still had add-ons included. First quote had two, second still had one. Late Thursday I was told for the first time the car had scratches and needed a body shop visit -- never mentioned during the prior days of supposed inspection. I was then asked to sign paperwork before test driving. I declined. Shortly after, I was told someone else might buy it without a test drive. This morning the car was confirmed ready. I drove an hour to the dealership. Mid-drive I got a text saying someone else got there first and it was gone. They blocked my deposit on day one using in-processing requirements, then let someone walk in and buy it while I was already driving. A week of broken timelines, add-ons that kept reappearing, and pressure tactics -- ending with an hour of driving wasted. Negligence or intentional, the result is the same.
