I had the transmission shutter problem common to 8 speed transmissions. My local Chevy dealer was unable to offer me a quote and claimed the knew nothing about the transmission shutter problem even when I showed them the Technical Service Bulletin. No other local transmission shops could help either Luckily when I called Magic GMC I got connected to Cisco who knew exactly what to do, gave me a quote and accommodated my have my truck getting dropped off in the evening and he had Martin start work in the morning They were both very helpful as I had a few extra questions. Martin even took the time to mark the bolts he torqued. A practice I have not seen in years I am extremely thankful to them for great communication and the ability to do the job in a timely manner. I'll be honest!!! 3-Star Review I am somewhat happy with the vehicle I purchased/leased, but my overall experience with GMC in Santa Clarita/Valencia was disappointing. The pricing did not feel very competitive, and after being placed on hold for an extended period of time, the final price increased significantly due to changing corporate deals, incentives, and other factors. That was frustrating and left me feeling like the process could have been handled with more transparency. The biggest issue for me was communication, follow-through, and customer service. There were multiple times where I felt I had to chase answers, and even then, there always seemed to be some kind of excuse or lack of clear follow-up. In today's world, with modern technology and communication tools, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. While I understand the dealership does not build the vehicles, they do represent the brand, sell the vehicles, and manage the customer relationship. That part of the experience matters. Unfortunately, it felt like once the sale was the focus, the relationship became more transactional than genuine. I am giving three stars because I do like the vehicle, but the dealership experience itself needs improvement. Hopefully management reads this and takes the feedback seriously, because better communication, transparency, and customer care would make a big difference. read more

This is my second positive review for Magic GMC Manager John and his staff, in recommending this dealership for your auto needs. Being locally owned makes a huge difference, as they appreciate your business and they sincerely value customer satisfaction. I'd like to make a special shout out to Linda in the service department. She's been my service advisor for the past 10yrs and wouldn't trust any other dealership else to service my car! Linda is the BEST and I'm truly grateful for always accommodating me, whether it's a simple oil change or a complex problem that happened a few months ago when my car wouldn't start out of the blue! Linda has ALWAYS been there for me regardless, along with her other regular and new customers too. She always makes time to take care of every situation, even past her workday to ensure everything is completed. I have personally witnessed this more than once, as I was one of those customers picking up my car after service department had already closed for the day. From the moment I stepped on the lot, my experience was better than at any other dealership I had visited because I was greeted by Ron, who offered to help. None of the other dealerships I had visited had salesmen come out to greet me - I had to hunt someone down to get help. Ron was exceptional! He knew everything about the Yukon I stopped by to "just look at". He even hit it off with my 2 kiddos and showed them all of the features they could enjoy in the car too! They didn't have a color I would have wanted (if I was more than just looking) and I unassumingly told Ron I preferred white with black details. Every day after that, I received a text from Ron saying he was looking for my perfect Yukon and he would reach out to me as soon as he had it. Low and behold, on a Friday morning, he texted and called me to tell me he found it and it was on its way to Valencia for me. My husband and I went to see it that evening and it was perfect. We couldn't leave the lot without it. Throughout the whole process, Ron was amazing! He felt like family and we knew we could trust him. He never once felt pushy or that he'd give us anything other than a great deal. It's no wonder he had a million employee of the month plaques on his desk because he's exactly what a dealership would want in a salesman. I had a 9:00 AM service appointment at Magic GMC in Valencia and arrived about 5-10 minutes early to be on time. The service drive was not busy at all, so I expected to be checked in quickly. Instead, I stood outside my vehicle for about 20 minutes waiting for a service advisor to acknowledge me. A service advisor (Linda Monsell) clearly noticed me, but made no effort to greet me, ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge that I was waiting. What made this even worse, while I'm still standing there, another customer pulled up and was helped immediately. At that point I had to step in and ask, "How come I haven't been acknowledged? I've been waiting here for 20 minutes." Only then did she go into her office and call someone else to come help me, like I wasn't worth her time. I don't know what the reason was, but the way it played out made me feel singled out and disrespected. No customer should have to stand around ignored at an appointment time, especially when the department isn't busy. This experience was unprofessional and disgraceful. I am extremely disappointed in the service department at Magic GMC. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend them based on how I was treated. read more

I have to say that visiting the NEW MAGIC GMC CADILLAC has a whole new vibe of making you feel wanted and appreciated.....Total opposite of the 'GANG OF ONE' who was it would appear forced out!
