    I have never written a bad review of any business on any platform until today. I visited this page after a text exchange with Starfire and was not surprised to see how many other bad reviews they have earned! Even better is their obnoxious replies to all the bad reviews, lol. Starfires' setup is designed to make the experience of car sales EASY FOR THEM NOT FOR YOU. Starfire refused to answer any questions I had about the mechanical condition of the car and kept telling me that all the information I needed to know was on the website. Only superficial and positive information is listed in the sales copy on their website, obviously. When I asked them for relevant information such as the condition of the engine mounts and water pump, they came at me with this attitude of like "what do you want from me? We have over 500 cars... how are we supposed to do inspections on them all?" HOW AMAZING IS THAT? So let's think about this business model: buy a car wholesale, don't do a thorough inspection, then set a price that is fair ONLY if the vehicle were to be in excellent condition. Be inflexible on the price. Expect the customer to deal with the rest. How are we as buyers supposed to agree to go out and see a vehicle that has a fixed price but not a propper appraisal? Their business practice seems like a bad combination of them knowing their vehicles aren't reliable and a brat mentality of expecting the world to bend itself to their needs without regard to the needs of their customers. Getting a fair deal on a used car has never been an easy feat. Starfire seems to have found a way to make it even harder. Good luck!

    The guy that owns this place is a complete CLOWN! I made an appointment yesterday to view a truck they had which I saw on Auto Trader, BEFORE I checked the Yelp reviews. Well after I checked the reviews I promptly cancelled the appointment. I then got a text message verifying that I was cancelling the appointment and asking why. I explained to them why after reading their reviews I was very apprehensive to do business with them. The owner then proceeded to argue with me via text saying that 90% of the yelp reviews are from people who have never bought cars from them, and after dealing with him via text I can see why!! Completely unprofessional and confrontational, and blames everyone for their poor reviews and takes no responsibility for the way he treats people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this idiot at all costs. PLEASE read the reviews before you attempt to do business with these people. Also they have a goofy system where you have to watch a video and make an appointment online, then text to verify the appointment before they actually confirm the appointment. Another goofy rule they have, if you do not buy the vehicle on the first visit they will not sell it to you??? Very bizarre and not customer centric way to do business. It is no wonder this guy has so many bad reviews. Go do business someplace else where they care about customer service, because these people don't!!

    I found this beauty on their website and wanted to see it. It was exactly as described and what the photos looked like. All records were accurate. We made an appointment the night before and confirmed it with the owner via text (I followed their instructions with zero problems). When we arrived, the car was there for us in front. I checked in with the lady and she said go have fun with the car. We Inspected it thoroughly without anyone hassling us. When we were ready to go for the test drive, he took a copy of my license and we went without a hitch. Came back, spoke with Brandon. He was polite and professional. He completed the paperwork and we were out the door with the car in 20 minutes. It's the perfect setup for buying a car you have your eye on. Notes: this isn't a car Dealership, it's more of a car lot. Don't expect to go in and just walk around looking for cars. All the cars are detailed very thoroughly on their site. I went in knowing I want the car if it was in the condition I expected (which it was). The staff is Polite and they are not pushy at all. I can appreciate it. The negative comments are from people who can't follow basic instructions. Make an appointment online, pick the cars you want to see, watch the short video, and text the number once you confirmed the appointment. It's so simple! Thanks Brandon, we love the car.

    I am updating my review because I purchased another car here a few weeks ago. A Chevy Malibu 2007. Since I already knew the process it was very fast and easy getting in and out of the dealership. I purchased the Chevy with a certified check so I knew the exact amount before getting to the dealership. I would highly recommend if you're not taking a mechanic to google a check list for things you want to take a look at when buying a used card. Sometimes there might be tiny things we can easily forget, google a check list & take a pen! This 2nd time around there were so many minor issues that very quickly added up and resulted in more out of pocket cost after purchasing. But I mean, what do you expect? Some of these cars are pretty old, it's normal. Just do your research, and take your time checking out the car, it will be sold as is. Lastly, the chevy had a windshield that was cracked (knew coming in). We took it to a repair shop they work with and paid $150 to repair. Originally was told it would be $120 but I ended up contacting Starfire Auto about new price and received a $30 check from them. Do not hesitate to reach out to them when you have an issue.

    I can't thank Starfire enough for their help; going above and beyond to get me into the perfect car for me as quickly as possible. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and provided me with excellent communication from start to finish. This certainly isn't your traditional dealership, so you won't find anyone pressuring you into a car you don't want or a financial situation you can't afford. Do your homework, don't be a dummy, and you'll drive away from Starfire with zero buyer's remorse. Also, they have a super cute office dog. Bring treats!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
